CASE # 011: Phillip Brown (3.21.2006)(LOCATED)

This RV is still open, and has new information posted.

Phillip was not taken by anyone, he left on his own free will, and was very unhappy at home.  I also believe he was told to leave, so he did.  He is staying in the city of Chicago with this man drawn above.  His name is "J", he is a black man, 6 feet tall, approx. 165 pounds, short hair with a scar on his right arm, the word "hoodz" also means something.

He is staying in a small house with the number 4 on the front, house also has a blue shingle roof, I saw dozens of houses down a road that all look the same except for the color of the siding and roof.  From the road one can see 6 metal, round trashcans, that are full of garage flowing over the tops. 5 people are living in this house, and 2 of them are wanted by the police for serious crimes.

Not sure who owns this car, but it has Something to do with the missing child.  Its a blue 4 door car with Illinois plates "627-13??"  and older model car, 1980-1985.  "Oak Park" also has something to do with this case.  Also says "do not look, he will call...ok"

Suggestion: This child wants to be missing, and I do not suggest going to see him.  In time, he will call home to say he is ok".  Also, I saw that this kid is very troubled and much of his troubles come from home, suggest that when found, he gets counseling. He has a good heart and does not need to be in this sort of situation.  Also, when doing a internet search on him, I was not able to find anything.  Seems like no one cares that this child is missing, and I know that this is not true, I do :)

And if Phillip is reading this, please give me a call, I will personally come and get you out of there :)
