This is a drawing of a beer bottle that this man left when Daniel was taken, I'm not sure if it was at a bus stop like the website said, I saw him taken by one man at some sort of swamp, I did not see another person.

Says "glass bottle in the lake, I think this is a sketch of where this child was killed by this man, he had a small pocket knife.

The body was tied and wrapped in some sort of bag, the bag was filled with rocks and tied at the top.  The body is at the bottom of a very deep lake very close by to the crime scene, a glass bottle may be near the bodies location.

This is the man that took this child, he has short hair, a long beard and many bad scares on his face.  The letters RST also mean something.  I looked at the sketch of what the police are looking for, and his face does not match.

My translation:  I'm not sure if this is the child your looking for, but if it is, and I'm very sorry to say I do not think he is alive.

I believe one man took him, not 2, from a location very close to the bus stop, some sort of swamp area, which I have also drawn. He was taken by force by the man below, and I believe that his intensions were to sexually molest this child, however I do not think it happened.  He fought this man with every ounce of strength he had, but he eventually died by several knife wounds to the chest and neck.   He was driven to a lake not very far away from the crime science, he body was bound with rope, put into some sort of bag with rocks, ties at the top and dumped into a very deep section of the lake.

This is the man that did this, not sure if it will be on any help, but he has a tattoo on his arm that says "mom"

Again with the same beer bottle...this bottle still has DNA on it that will find the man you're looking for. Also saw a sign with the number 9 on it and some sort of black bird.

My recommendation:

For some reason a glass bottle is very important in this case, and will be the clue to finding this man and closing this case.  I'm very sorry this has happened, but if it means anything, he is somehow happy with his friend.

Also, please have the webmaster update links on the website, as I have found many linking to archived news stories that are no longer there.

G'day Brian,

Firstly greetings from the Sunshine Coast in sunny Queensland, Australia. My name is Jake and I'm writing to you today in regards to the unfortunate disappearance of Daniel Morcombe. Like most residents I've been following the case since Daniel was reported missing in 200 , all the time hoping that he could be found and his loved ones could have finally some closure. The Sunshine Coast is quite a small coastal and hinterland community, serious crimes like murders and abductions are something that we don't everyday. Daniel is still mentioned in the media or in conversation but the red ribbons hung as a reminder on letterboxes are slowly fading in fierce Australian sun, becoming tattered and worn like the memories of those witnesses who may known something that could help.

While surfing the web I stumbled upon the Paranormal Australia website and a thread ( see http://tinyurl.com/s679g ) from 2004 discussing Daniels disappearance,  some very interesting feelings were expressed, particularly those relating to a bridge which I feel is a railway bridge, a strawberry farm, black plastic, the township of Mooloolah and a swampy low lying area much like the one you mention along high-voltage power lines and a power sub-station. Now what really gets me is that the area between Palmwoods (the place of Daniels abduction) and the Landsbourgh include all of the above. There are Strawberry Farms at small town called Chevellum, the railway line runs through Nambour, Woombye, Palmwoods, Eudlo, Mooloolah and Landsbough ( see http://tinyurl.com/mrarc ) 

I'm am by no means gifted with the ability of a psychic but I am very intuitive and sensitive when I drove  though the Eudlo, Chevellum and Mooloolah area yesterday I felt a very strong sense that Daniel or that the killer/killers had driven through the area. It's a little confusing but I also get a strong feeling about the Imbil  Kenilworth area also but this is further North along the Bruce Highway.

The glass bottle you mention is interesting, as Melissa  points out  VB is a popular Australian Beer,  an example  of the bottle and logo can be viewed here. The first thought  I had when I  read about the bottle was a place called the Ettamogah Pub see  http://www.aussieworld.com.au/ettamogah-pub.php , this quirky pub is also in the immediate area mentioned above. I feel the the VB bottle of alcohol may of have been purchased there or that the offender/offenders are regulars.

Other personal feelings I get are that Daniel may have known his attacker, he might not have been an immediate friend of the family but I feel that had come into contact before. I also feel that Daniel was hitchhiking after he had missed his bus to the Sunshine Plaza which is located in Maroochydore (although the family have said he would never hitch-hike). Logic says that upon picking Daniel up the abductees had to be careful that Daniel didn't become suspicious, so they headed toward Maroochydore, taking the Maroochydore Rd exit off the roundabout at the end of Nambour Connection Road. Along Maroochydore Road theory could have safely made a right-hand turn and driven through the unpopulated strawberry farms of Chevellum without Daniels panic alerting other motorists. While witness reports mention a blue car, much like a mid 80's Toyota Corolla I keep having the feeling that a white van was involved.

I really hope that you can sense something from the information I have provided. If you really want to solve this case I am willing to be your eyes and ears  here on the Sunshine Coast. I can explore leads and provide you with photographs and information about the area. I'm not sure how it works for you but hopefully together we can make some progress.

All I ask is that you keep my name and email address out of anything that you publish on your website. I want no part of a reward or any recognition for any help that I may provide. I just want closure for the family and peace for a young man.

My name is Elizabeth, and I am very uneasy due to what I have been
seeing. I have had dreams regarding Daniel the school boy missing in
Queensland Australia.
During my first dream I seen the description of the man with Daniel six
months prior to the police releasing the sketch to the public, I also
seen he had a tattoo on his upper arm, and also I seen he had an earring
in his left ear.
It scared me as I have never had anything happen this way before. But
last night I had another dream of Daniel having a bleeding nose, and
marks or a rash behind his knees.
I woke up but was unable to open my eyes, I had to use my fingers to
prise them open. Can you help me please I'm not sure what it all means,
also I forgot to mention in my first dream I saw a large body of water
and the Harbour Bridge in Sydney.

it was revealed yesterday on Daniel's 3rd year "missing" anniversary that a clue may be "Christmas cake" by a ring of paedophiles.
 
I know you have a tonne to do but this may bring closure to this case?

I was just again checking the details on this case.

There was recently another story on the ABC network here, about a lady who appeared to be giving false information to the police. She said she was in the car at the time.  The police had since said that they didn’t find her evidence correct.

I have always had a very strong feeling and connection to this case.  I am wondering if you can do another rv on this one. The family looks like they have gone to hell and back, which I imagine is such the case with any family that would experience this kind of loss.

The last few emails you have got seem a little cryptic, and while very well could be honest, I hope they are not trying provide false info, as it seems has been the case in the past with the morcoombes. It seems everything has a question mark over the honesty now, based on the recent tv interview, which is very unfair for those who are honest like yourself, and really trying.

this is the first time ive emailed you although not the first time i have visited your website i live in the uk so have been looking at your dd`s on madeline mccann with great interest this is not the reason i`m emailing you i stumbled on a missing person rv yesterday and was so sad when i read it ,it is that of daniel morocombe  the australian boy,then i read today on sky news website that some kids pulled out a bag out of a lake and in it was a dead child aged 5-10 is this daniel? i know he was 14 ,the lake is in rosemeadow

Sketches Of Man Seen With Daniel Morecombe POLICE have released three sketches of a man seen at a bus stop with missing Sunshine Coast teenager Daniel Morcombe before he was abducted. The man is described as aged between 25 and 35 years, with lean to muscular build, about 175cm tall, with a gaunt face and dark brown wavy hair. The release of the artist's sketches is the biggest development in the investigation into Daniel's suspected murder since his disappearance on December 7 last year. The sketches are of a man who was seen standing behind Daniel at a bus stop at Palmwoods on the Sunshine Coast on the day of his disappearance. Daniel was 13 when he was abducted while waiting for a bus at the Kiel Mountain Overpass on the Nambour Connection Rd, Palmwoods, between 1.40pm and 2.15pm. Detective-Inspector Mike Condon said yesterday the release of the sketches was a significant step in the investigation. Insp Condon said the man had not come forward to police and they were asking the public for information on his identity. "This is a likeness of the person seen under the bridge," he said. "Clearly that person has not come forward to date. Of course we would like to speak to this person. "What we are asking is simply this - have a look at the sketches and say to yourself, 'Do I know this person? Is this person associated with the Sunshine Coast area? Does this person have a blue car or a white van?' and if you have an answer to those questions or you believe you can answer one or two of those questions, please contact Crime Stoppers or the Homicide Squad," he said. Insp Condon said to ensure the accuracy of the images, it had taken police 11 months to put together the sketches.
