Anthony J. Luzio, Jr. - opened 3.24.2008

"J killed himself in his car, river drive ave * dam with red X"

"* J drove 4 miles * depression drugs * warned best friends of intentions"
I do not think Anthony is alive, and that he may have committed suicide using prescription drugs. It says he drove 4 miles...looking at the FBI report the last place he was seen alive was in Powell, Ohio. Using Google earth I was able to find this place and there seems to be a dam and a Riverside Road, although it's not River Drive Ave, it might be the same thing.
Anyway, this is the area that you might want to search.

My contact email for this case.

Dear Brian,
Please do not use my email or name on the open/public blogs....thanks
1. I live in Powell, Ohio. I saw information on Anthony Luzio when he
originally was missing. When I first heard about him, I immediately
sensed that he went into the Scioto River in his car.
2. I remember hearing that he was last seen off of Rutherford Road. That
road runs east & west. It goes from Liberty Road on the West and ends at
at Riverside Drive on the east. The intersection is not very big. Both
are only 2 lane roads, and this area used to be pretty rural.
3. There is not a boat landing area there at that spot, it is North at
Home Rd., but the water distance from the side of the road is SHORT at
best! There is a thin land strip between Riverside Dr. and the Scioto
River. There would not be much room for manuvering if a car was going too
fast and went thru the stop sign on Rutherford. The car could have easliy
go into the river without anyone seeing it at 4:00am that morning.
4. There could have been tire tracks in the grass going straight to the
river, but I am not aware of the details as it has been over 2 years.
There are a few wild weeds and small shrubs & thin trees, but it is
possible that his car was able to go thru them without much disturbance
because of it being a Honda Civic.
4. If it was dry like the weather is here now, the clay ground here in
Ohio is HARD & there may not have been dense tracks from tires. Or since
Honda Civics are popular...there may have been tracks all over the place.
What I mean is if someone prior had run off the road accidently by not
curving with the road there may have been more tracks then police knew
what to do with...because the stip of land from Home Road to the North
down passed Rutherford is known for people parking and fishing...EXCEPT
that particular spot I am speaking of is not really big enough for people
let alone a car, too.
5. I do not know for sure if the river has been thoroughly checked. The
dam south of Rutherford is on Glick Road. Not sure what your meaning when
you wrote that a dam had a red X. Were you pointing it out on the map?
6. Just yards south of Rutherford and Riverside Dr. is a sailboat spot/
small landing area with a shed building where kids go for learing to sail
(or so it seems...) Anyway- All of this area in on the West side of the
Scioto River.
7. Recently as of this Summer, a car was found in the Scioto, but it was
not Anthony... I heard it on the news and I held my breath until I heard a
name.
8. I was not checking your site for Anthony Luzio today... although I did
see his name only yesterday when I was reading about Caylee Anthony in
Florida & it surprised me to see him so recently added...
9. Today I came back to your site to see updates on Caylee. After
reading about her I exited out. When I went back to your site I read
about your recent dreams. I left again, read other articles. When I
decided to go back again (wanting info on when Casey Anthony was at the
airport using her phone...) and my computer immediately opened to the page
with Anthony Luzio's PICTURE on it. I was stunned. It was totally
different then yesterday...
10. I immediately felt short of breath, jittery and nervous. The same way
I felt when I saw his picture up here at local stores. Everywhere I went
at that time he seemed to be looking at me. I knew I needed to read your
info on him. I read it twice and then knew I had to write to you.
11. I will look on the map at the area just to see what I can see...
Let me know if I can help. (Wow that was long but I guess it all needed
to come out!)
Thanks for what you do!

Body Found in Hoover Reservoir
Police hope the results from the autopsy later today will give them a
better idea who was inside the car found at the bottom of the Hoover
Reservoir.
Police say city workers working on the dock at Red Bank Marina saw a
reflection through the water.
They called police and that reflection ended up being a car with a body
inside of it.
Police believe the car had been at the bottom of the lake for one to two
years.
The body was so badly decomposed they weren't able to identify it.
Police hope the VIN number on the car will give them more answers.

GENOA TOWNSHIP -- A body was found in a car that was pulled out of Hoover
Reservoir Wednesday morning, NBC 4 reported.
NBC 4's David Wayne reported that work crews were prepping for winter and
pulling the docks out of the water just before noon.
Wayne said the roof of a car was visible because the water is low in the
reservoir due to a lack of rain.
A four-door older-model Honda Civic was found, and a dive team found a
body in the driver's side of the vehicle, according to Genoa Township
Police Chief Robert Taylor.
The chief said the car had been in the water for at least one year and
maybe two.
The Honda was covered in moss and algae.
It has been taken to the Franklin County morgue with the body inside. It
is being treated as a "suspicious" death.
Tonight investigators tell NBC 4 they believe the victim is a Dublin man
who's been missing for two years.
His family "has" been contacted.
Chief Taylor said it's not uncommon to find cars as water drops. Sometimes
they're stolen, but it's rare to find a body.
No more immediate details were available, but NBC 4's David Wayne is on
his way.
Stay tuned to NBC 4 and refresh nbc4i.com for more information on this
developing story.
