I believe this is the Motel 6 where Elizabethan Johnson's car was found, could not find anything so far that looks like the drawing above...from what I know Elizabeth did not stay in this hotel so more that likely she got out here. This is a very good place to drop off a vehicle without it being spotted right away...more than likely someone she knew very well told her what to do over a cell phone (a missing cell phone, per dd's)

I'm almost certain someone told Elizabeth to park the car at this specific hotel, and according to past DD's, I believe the Motel 6 is another red herring in this case.
What if before EJ went to the bus stop...this happened:
Across the street and approximately 2,500 feet west is the Baptist University of the Americas who's ex-president was AlbertReyes.

Albert currently runs The Buckner Children and Family Services.
Note: I'm not accusing anyone of anything...especially Albert Reyes who has an excellent reputation for helping others, but I do want to point out that this church (right access the street from the bus station and EJ's car) does have many connections to Mexico and adoption agencies/orphanages and employ's many people that also have such connections.
Possible Scenario:
So lets say instead of going right to the bus stop, EJ walked west...starting at the hotel again here.

The exchange may have happened right behind the church, however I could not find a baseball field nearby. (per past dd's)
And all this could have happened without using a vehicle....which could explain a few things.

I feel like renting another 172 and fly over these area's myself...Gale can do her blind fly...if she gets any psychic feelings...I'll just push her out :)
The other 2 dd's from last night I do not feel comfortable posting at this time...I would like to say if anyone is withholding evidence from LE...might be a good idea to turn these items over. You may not think its a big deal, but at this point LE needs all the help they can get.

Tempe, AZ Wal-Mart connection:
This number has come up twice 4803458686 (on 12/31/09 and 1/27/10 )...no way that's a coincidence, something has happened at this Wal-Mart that is related to Gabriel's disappearance. We talked about this in a past broadcast and it's distance from where Gabriel was last seen...but I know it means something...and I AM going to figure this out.

According to several past DD's a gift card may have been used there, and the person that used it has knowledge as to Gabriel's whereabouts.
One of the items that may have been purchased was a shirt with this on it.
And that would be most likely a happy shark or a deformed tadpole :)

More reason to hope Gabriel's still alive and why Elizabeth was staying in the hotel for the 'bonding period'. And it seems only a matter of time the people who were giving her this legal advise will be known.
Next, we need to contact our local FBI office and ask them what is needed for them to post a reward...it's worked in the past and don't see why it can't work now.
I believe the amount of reward offered is based on many different variables...i.e. the likelyhood the person being found alive and the age of the case. Browsing the open cases they have, some have rewards posted as high as $75,000...some have nothing :( Since this case does cross state lines and I see nothing posted that the FBI has officially closed the case...it might be worth a phone call to our local office. If they say...'sorry case closed, we cannot help' ...well at least we tried :(

Again, discussions are just speculation and this groups only goal is to find Gabriel. I'm personally not a member of the group...if you want to join, you must be actively involved in the case...have an established FB account...and must post.

To end any speculation, just take a paternity test...thousands of people do it every day....giving the sample takes a few minutes, and would probable take less time away from the search than doing a TV interview.
And according to this report, a paternity test must have already been done and Logan's attorneys have proof he's the father...as it's the only sure way (that I know of) to confirm paternity. So if it was taken, this could have been cleared up a long time ago.

Ok, I know what the first doc is...not relevant...if the second document is paternity results, issue resolved...Logan is the bio-father...and I'm sorry for speculating. We were not trying to say Logan is not Gabriel's real father, we were just speculating on who Gabriel's biological father was...as its got allot to do with a person facing felony charges for the same issue...the same person Logan said he wants locked up. To further fuel speculation and just another reason why DNA tests are needed (if not already done) is that fact that EJ sent Logan several emails dated around 12/15/2009 that mention he knows he's not the father...and this information comes from a very creditable source who has proof. EJ has not spoken publically on this matter...and we have not heard her side of the story yet...we might want to give her the benefit of the doubt until we officially hear what she has to say.

Seems to be the same information as before, Jay J Armes is going to find Gabriel, most likely with Logan helping, and the Wal-Mart store in Tempe AZ has something to do with this. From the DD's in the past, I still think Gabriel could be in Mexico and was part of an underground adoption. This is going my just by my dreams...not following my dreams I would say anything is possible now, including a conspiracy to frame Jack and Tammi Smith....and someone close to the case has known of Gabriel's whereabouts since before EJ even went to Texas.

What's with Jack & Tammi Smith? All They Want to Do is Find Missing Baby Gabriel Johnson?
UNOFFICIAL DNA TESTING: It's no secret that certain people have Gabriel's DNA...and it's no secret that Logan's DNA has been collected by certain individuals he used to associate with...so what's to stop them from having a paternity test done anyway? Sure the results would not be official...but it still would count to many of us...so why not just take the test before this happenings? We all want the baby to be Logan's, but not taking the test will hurt Logan in the long run...so just take the test...there is even someone (who wishes to remain anonymous) that will pay for it. Again, no one is saying that Logan's not the child's real father...we just want to confirm he's the biological father...and because he's the bio-dad...justifies his reasoning to have Tammi Smith 'locked up for life'.
NATIONAL MEDIA ATTENTION: I've seen dozens of posts on several support websites asking people to contact major media outlets to report on missing Gabriel Scott Johnson, including Good Morning America and the Nancy Grace Show. Did anyone think to ask the question why they aren't currently following this case? We know they are aware of Gabriel's disappearance, and did cover this case at the beginning...but that was when they had someone directly involved in the case to talk to. We saw what was done to Jack and Tammi...and we know the reason why they cannot talk until after their legal issues are over...but their is someone they would talk too. Someone with nothing else to do but spread the word about Gabriel's disappearance...so please Logan....talk to Nancy Grace, talk to Good Moring America...talk to other media outlets...not just channel 5. The world needs to be reminded that Gabriel is still missing...and you're supporters are trying to make this happen...but they need you too.

Hearing is at 11:00 local time (I think), hopefully some good with come of this. If EJ really did kill the baby, I hope she has the courage to admit it.
I watched the 11 minute video and believe Elisabeth is desperately reaching out for someone she can talk about what was happened. The tears were real and I actually felt sorry for her...there was no cold stares or fake smiles...she is not a Casey Anthony...and I do not want to believe she's a murderer either. EJ needs help and support...cause without her...Gabriel's slipping away further and further away everyday. Maybe we should light a candle for her too? Well I'm going to...and maybe it's also a good idea we start sending her cards and letters...letting her know...she is not alone...going to write mine now. (UPDATE: We are setting up a site for EJ and will post details here)
Personally I think it's rude for EJ's attorney to question Logan if he was violating WR when the baby was born. And I also think its wrong for Logan's Attorney to press charging EJ with contempt...waste of time in each case. Both Attorneys need to get together and find out what both sides can do to find the baby...ya know...Gabriel Scott Johnson...the reason why we are all here. EJ wants to say something...create the environment to make it happen...if she wants a new lawyer...get her one...if she wants an ice-cream...get her one. You can't have custody of a child who's still missing :(

Logan McQueary Cleared Out Trailer Owned by Baby Gabriel Mom, Elizabeth Johnson
EJ called Georgia, and now were getting lots of visits form a Perry Georgia location.
Did local new media/police pay for Logan's expensive while he was in San Antonio?
The answer is no, to include KPHO...flight's, hotel rooms and other services may have been donated by their respective companies, but from what I've been told...no money was paid for Gabriel's story. I can also tell you as a general rule, most respected media outlets do not pay for interviews...and at this point in time, it really does not make a difference who paid for what. Tami and Jack Smith have also not been paid for anything, they made this clear from day one...and have declared any pictures they own with Gabriel in them, public domain. Media outlets do sometimes pay for video and pictures, for example the Caylee Anthony case...however in this case I'm almost certain that no money was paid for pics or videos.

Elizabeth Johnson Facebook Support Group:
A support group is now setup for people wishing to send cards and letters to Elizabeth while she's is in jail. If permitted...a person in the area will be taking up a collection for Elizabeth's commissary account. Not much is needed and we think its a nice way to show her that people do care about her...hopefully in doing so, she will feel more pressured to tell LE what happened to her son. All donations will be made public and 100% of this will go to Elizabeth (minus any paypal fee's)...receipts from the jail will also be posted to ensure money was received. Complete details will be posted on that Facebook page...to join the page you need to get an invite from either Debra or Susan or you may send an email request to debra@findgabriel.com or susan@findgabriel.com.
At the end of this show we sort of discuss what we would like to see happen.

Elizabeth Johnson's Bombshell Admission to Tammi Smith About Baby Gabriel Paternity
After everything I've seen so far in this case (without using anything in my dreams) EJ had to either known who she was giving the baby was legit (less likely), or someone she trusted told her that Gabriel was safe with these people (more likely)...either way, EJ knows how to find Gabriel...or at least info to help find the baby. I also do not think that hand off happened anywhere close to where EJ said...that would make no sense unless she wanted her and ? to her caught. I also believe her story about the same ? coming back the next day to sign custody paperwork in the Hotel parking lot...however, I do not think the paperwork was real.

New Details in Baby Gabriel Case
Ken Gamble, the private investigator in the baby Gabriel case, is asking for the public's help. Gamble says that after looking at a handwritten journal kept by the baby's mother they know that she went to Raymond Rimkus park on the morning of December 27th. Around 10 a.m. Johnson says she met a couple who had been sent by a third party she trusted. If you wish to contact the family's private investigator in this case you can go to our links section. Handwritten Journal: The Journal was in the docs, spiral notebook and I believe this was a copy...and is nothing new...but it does show that EJ cared for her baby and I'm glad people are starting to see that. As for anything new or breakthrough in the case...sadly its now :(

1:12 PM EST: Sad to see this page setup for the public to help bring Gabriel home...has gone private...I'm still able to view the page but others I know (who never posted a single comment) have been removed. I'm sure I'll be next...and I can say without a doubt I never posted anything negative there...it's really sad it's come to this.
7:27 PM EST: A very close friend of mine, Susan who I have know for years was also blocked from viewing the Bring Gabriel Johnson Home Group today. Susan has been helping the family since day one and has spent hundreds of hours of her free time doing exactly what we thought they wanted...helping to bring Gabriel home. The website she and Debra setup and paid for (www.FindGabriel.com) was also for the family...they set it up IAW their ideas...yet they never posted a single thing...not a single negative comment was posted about the family on that site...we made sure of it. Since Susan has been blocked for viewing this page I've decided to remove myself as well...I don't feel its right blocking her but allowing me access. Why allow me access and not her?? I'm the one that should be banished off the island...not Susan...she never even made one post there.
The most important priority for this group in the beginning was to raise the Crime Stoppers Reward Fund...yet many months later not a single dime of public donations has gone to such a fund...they still continue to mislead people stating there is a $5,000 reward fund setup for Gabriel...when in fact this reward fund is part of a government sponsored organization for all sorts of crimes...an organization that still has not received permission to post Gabriel picture here. So what happened to the reward fund money? I'll let them tell you that...I'm going back to what we have been doing since December 29th of last year...trying to find Gabriel...and hundreds of other missing persons...not stroking people egos for future gain or quoting scripture in one post then committing sin in the next.
This is old news...if you're going to go public with this...please to cut and paste the parts that suite you. I question why now the PI is putting out this information to the news media.

ABINGTON, Mass. - An Abington mother says she found a picture of her baby boy online in an advertisement saying the child was available for adoption.
The ad was posted on Craigslist saying: “A CUTE BABY BOY FOR ADOPTION HE IS VERY HEALTHY AND READY FOR ADOPTION FOR MORE YOU COME BACK TO US.” ( SEE THE AD )
Jenni Brennan was told by a stranger that a picture of Brennan’s 7-month-old Jake was used as the “boy for adoption” in the online scam.
So Brennan tried responding to the ad herself, and sure enough, an e-mail was sent to her using her son’s picture, describing him as a child born in Canada, but now living in an orphanage in the African nation of Cameroon.
The scammers didn’t bother to cover up their tracks either. Inside of the e-mail, Brennan could easily see that the photo was taken from her family blog.
“Our intent was just for family and friends to be able to know what’s going on in our lives,” she said.
“I know he wasn’t being physically harmed and no one was going to come to our door and try to take him, but I felt like his likeness was being violated,” she said.
Brennan contacted the FBI and the attorney general’s office. Yahoo! shut down the e-mail addresses used in the scam.
“I would think this is happening to a lot of people. They just don’t know it,” Brennan said
Birthmother Scams
1. Usually the motivation for birthmother scams are to take your money. She needs money for rent, food, etc. Only give money to a birthmother-to-be through an attorney or qualified adoption professional. The amount limits and circumstances vary by state law. Do not give money directly to a birthmother.
2. If the birthmother is not available by phone and wants to call you because of an on going situation, beware! You should have a contact number and complete physical address that you can verify.
3. A birthmother may not even be pregnant or could be pregnant and has other plans for the baby, including keeping the baby or promising the baby to several waiting adoptive parents. Look for those signs.
4. The birthmother has at least one or more crisis in her life and you are part of the solution. This can include sad stories such as rape and incest. Be sensitive, but do not be drawn into the whole situation.
5. The birthmother offers a plan to bring the baby to you. Birthmothers usually want you to meet her and arrange to receive the baby at the hospital. This ploy is used to get a plane ticket which can be cashed in later. Do not give anyone a plane ticket. Many adopting parents have lost money by purchasing a plane ticket and never hearing from the, supposed, birthmother again
5. To have a match, you must meet face to face with the expectant mother. Big flag, the birthmother flakes out. She misses scheduled meetings with you or other professionals. Even with an unbelievable story she can be very convincing.
6. Proof or pregnancy or other documents are agreed upon, but never seem to arrive. She seems to always have a reason for not sending you identifying information or cannot believe that you have not received the information. A sudden miscarriage or hospitalization can happen when you request for too much information.
7. The birthmother does not want you to contact anyone else concerning her pregnancy. She does not feel comfortable meeting or talking with an attorney or other adoption professional. When pressed, she might accuse you of not trusting her and can even get angry.
8. The birthmother will not give you, but will get you the name of her doctor or clinic where she is receiving medical attention.
9. The birthmother will evade certain details regarding medical attention, signing parental rights, contacting social services or adoption professionals.
10. The birthmother changes her story about the pregnancy or her situation. If a birthmother is talking to several adoptive parents, her story can change because she cannot remember what she said to you.
11. Be careful if the birthmother is expecting twins. This is a popular situation with an adoption scam. In the natural course, ask for proof of pregnancy and how are you able to contact her doctor.
12. A favorite ploy is for someone to fix you up with a friend. That person might pose as an adoptive parent and not an adoption professional. Be careful that the friend is not the same person. If both have the same IP address watch out!
13. Fake birthmothers are very willing to match quickly and will say you are perfect, without knowing much about you. They are going to send you pictures and other thing, but never do.
14. They have always had complications with the pregnancy.....they usually claim when you cannot find them that they were at the emergency room.
15. The birthmother does not like or want to deal with an attorney or other adoption professional. She has had a bad experience with an attorney and does not want to work with them again.
16. The truth of the matter is that you need to get down to adoption business. Small talk is necessary, but keep it in prospective. The phone meetings are to establish if you are suited for a "match" and if yes, then both parties need to get the necessary paper work in order.
Adoptive Parents Scams
It seems that birthmothers-to-be also need to look for warning signs that adoptive parents may not be able to work with them or will not follow through with the agreed adoption. Birthmothers-to-be need to watch for these possible warning signs.
1. A family that tells you how much contact they want you to have and after the birth they change what they told you.
2. Adopting parents that makes demands rather than requests and makes you feel second rate.
3. A family that does not return your emails or phone calls and might not be honest with you.
4. A family that seems like they are desperate and will do anything to get your baby.
5. Adopting parent might temp you to break the law by offering you illegal funds or expensive gift beyond what the law allows.
6. The adopting parents might not be qualified, you will have to be the sole judge.
7. Adopting parents might pressure you when you are changing your mind about them, they could have many personal problems, check them out.
Adoption Professional Scams
1. Beware of any adoption professional on the Internet who cannot provide you with information. Get the basics and go from there.
2. If they are an agency, find out the state they are in and their agency license number. It is not necessary for an adoption professional to have a web site, but it helps validate their presence.
3. An adoption facilitator should be carefully looked at, in California, facilitators have to be bonded and in many state they are illegal. You need to research their business.
4. Find out the professionals legal business name, physical address, physical phone number, city business license.
5. If any adoption professional is offended by you asking questions, they are probably not your choice.
6. Check with the Better Business Bureau for any bad reports.
7. Join various Internet egroups or check boards on the Internet for any positive or negative reports.
8. Read any document you sign. Ask the "what if questions". Anything said verbally is always overridden by the contract. Make sure there is a contract.
9. Do not be lured by the fact if you sign a contract, you will have the baby you want. An adoption usually takes time.
10.If a facilitator does not have an established business with a track record and is unknown to the Internet adoption circle, DO NOT SEND MONEY UP-FRONT. A small application fee is about as far as we would recommend. Have your attorney verify the facilitators qualifications. You will need an attorney anyway.
This is a list of common occurrences, many others exist. Think about your actions and always use good judgment.

FBI works missing cases...I think we need to get this information right from the source. I think it does without saying that the FBI does work MP cases and does everything in their power to bring them home.

EJ sitting on a bench in public...crying with the baby...how many times has she done this in the past?
Two times that I know of...might be worth wild asking the pubic if anyone has see a woman doing this in public.
1st time - July 4th weekend, 2009 weekend - Boston Airport
2nd time - December 27th - Raymond Rimkus Park, San Antonio TX
Questions that I have.
Was she pulling a common scam for money? If so, has she done this other times? Where and when?
If only twice, was the second time just something she remembered from her past?
Why would she provide detailed information about this a park (right down the road) in her journal? She had a GPS. And then to leave the same journal* for cops to find when she was arrested? Red Herring? She had to of known the cops would find her...leaving the car right at the bus stop.
She told LE the hand off was in the park...so why did she say it was in the hotel?

"Logan McQueary, 25, is the father of missing eight-month-old Gabriel Scott Johnson. Elizabeth Johnson, 23, the baby's mother, said she wanted a better life for Gabriel. She then kidnapped him and, if she didn't kill him
as she had once claimed, then she either gave him away or sold him. The nefarious story began soon after she gave birth on May 3, 2009 to Gabriel Scott Johnson.
Elizabeth began suffering from post-partum depression. She took medication for a while and, according to her grandfather Bob Johnson, seemed better. As a child abandoned along with her twin brother, Robert Johnson, by alcoholic abusive parents and raised in various foster homes, Elizabeth was subject to rages. She grew up into a volatile adult with a history of domestic violence— she even ransacked the apartment she shared with Logan and destroyed some of his and the baby's things. Elizabeth was in a 'diversion program' to avoid criminal charges.
That Elizabeth took parenting classes and kept up with the baby's vaccinations made up the minimum of her care. Logan has said that he would come home from work and find Gabriel crying and neglected, his diaper unchanged. And Elizabeth would say, "Shut that thing up."
Gabriel was a month old when Elizabeth met Tammi Fay Peters Smith, 35, in June, during a layover at Logan International Airport in Boston, Massachusetts. Elizabeth was distressed and crying as she held Gabriel. Tammi approached her. Elizabeth let her hold Gabriel. Tammi suggested adopting him. When she got home, she told her husband, Jack Smith, 56, about the beautiful baby boy. Seven months passed.
On December 8, 2009 at 10pm, after yet another argument with Logan about putting up their baby for adoption— he didn't want to— Elizabeth called Tammi Smith and asked if she still wanted to adopt Gabriel. Tammi said she did. Soon afterwards, Elizabeth gave Gabriel to the Smiths."

“Before she left, she told me I was never going to see the baby again,” said McQueary, who has known Johnson since middle school. “I was scared when she first said it. When she told me she killed the baby, I tried not to believe the message. I didn’t want to believe it. I don’t know what makes her tick or why she would do this to me. "In the July incident, McQueary told police Johnson tore a part a baby crib, took a knife and cut up baby clothes, McQueary’s clothes, the couch and smashed windows of the apartment and a television set. In another incident, Johnson later hid Gabriel but accused McQueary of taking him, according to a request for custody of the child McQueary filed with the Maricopa County Superior Court on Dec. 14."
"In the document McQueary wrote, “She has said several times in the past she doesn’t want the baby, has yelled and screamed at him when I would go to work, I would put him in his room, and when I would come back five hours later, he would still be in the room with no changed diaper and crying. I would ask her (Johnson) what she was doing, and she would just yell at me and say ‘shut that thing up"

4.5.2010 - This entire case has been removed by me and is now closed until further notice, hopefully Gabriel will be found soon. Sort of an explanation as too why was mentioned on this broadcast. In this case there are obviously two opposing sides...and there shouldn't be...this in itself is the reason why Gabriel Scott Johnson is missing. When I feel the time is right, I will restore information posted on these pages...in the mean time...Adji is still missing.

DALLAS - A dead baby was discovered at a North Texas campground on Thursday morning.
Investigators located the body in East Fork Park in the 1900 block of Skyview Drive near Lake Lavon in Wylie.
Officials said campers had found the body at about 9 a.m. and notified police.
Medical examiners removed the deceased from the scene in order to perform an autopsy.
At least nine investigators were at the site of the discovery. They had cordoned off a wooded area with police tape and barricaded the rural scene to prevent people from entering.
It was not known how the child died.

Wylie police said a child was found dead this morning in the 1900 block of Skyview Drive, in a park by Lake Lavon.
East Fork Park in Wylie
A worker mowing at East Fork Park found the body in a pond about 9:10 a.m.
Police released no details about the child's identity, not even gender or approximate age.
They said they had not determined how the child died.
Wylie police detective Venece Perepiczka said the worker discovered the body in a pond on property in the park owned by the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers. The area is frequented by fishermen. She said the body was not submerged.
"It's horrible. It's tragic any time you find a child like this," Perepiczka said. "We're not ruling out anything."
She said no missing-child reports have been filed that could be associated with the discovery.
Wylie police are working with the Collin County Child Task Force on the investigation.
Police closed off an entrance road to the park and were expected to be at the scene through most of the day.
"We're marking anything that could be anything," Perepiczka said.
She said the last child death in Wylie was in 2008.
Seems this is not Gabriel, still going to find out who this child is.

Looking at missing children from Texas that fit the description...only one child has been reported missing during the past year in Texas that fits reports.
Ethan Fernando Ellis is missing from Spring Hill, Texas.
and that's all I was able to locate so far.....we do not have case open for Ethan, but will.

There are a total of (5) however I did not include Daisja Weaver, as she's an infant.
A common myth is that hundreds very young children go missing everyday in the United States...thankfully this is not the case.
As of right now, there are a total of (61) reported missing children in the United States under the age of 5, and only 16 of those are classified as endangered missing.
FYI - there is only (1) child under the age of 5 reported missing in the state of Arizona...and we know who that is.
After watching the video, it seems unlike that this child has been missing fore that long, so he may not have been reported missing at all and is most likely not a child on the map above...it does seem likely that its a homicide.
Based on all the information we have thus far, lets think for a second of the most likely scenarios as to the reason why Gabriel went missing.
#1) EJ killed the child and hid the body.
#2) Tammi and Jack Smith sent someone to SA to pickup the baby from EJ.
#3) Logan sent someone to the park/hotel to get the baby, EJ was aware of the plan.
#4) Logan sent someone to the park/hotel to get the baby, EJ was not aware of the plan.
#5) A random person(s) who knew nothing about EJ or Gabriel decided to take the baby from her in the park.
#6) EJ contacted a safe house or shelter and they currently have the child.
Keeping in mind that police have all the phone records of all known key players in this case, here are my reasons discounting each theory.
#1) EJ has no history of child abuse, was actively trying to get the child adopted, does not fit the description of a psychopath, no evidence of a murder was found, more than likely would not confess to murder via text message to her ex. right after the act, and most likely would have cracked by now in jail.
#2) Seemed likely in the beginning, but Tammi and Jack have been fully investigated by LE and LE has stated they were not involved in Gabriel's disappearance, plus there would be no way this couple could get away with an illegal adoption without leaving the country. Buying a new house and owning a business does not seem like people ready to flea the county for a baby.
#3) Motive is there, however it does not explain why EJ is not telling the police everything she knows.
#4) Motive is there and does explain why EJ has nothing else to say (she already told them everything) But for this to be true, EJ must had told someone about her visits to that specific park...this is also possible as she did have several phone conservations with LM in SA.
#5) Possible, but highly unlikely...think abut that for a second...how many people are there in America that would agree to adopt a baby on first site, without calling LE first...let alone agree to an illegal adoption.
#6) Possible but unlikely, such places do exist, but most would in time...tell LE the child was safe and in their custody.
Going with the above 6 options, I would choose #4...now if this is true...where would Gabriel be? I would guess with someone that Logan knows, and the end game would be for Gabriel to be found safe. How could this be possible? Many ways come to mind...one would be just dropping the child off somewhere without being seen, then calling 911 to report a baby left alone. What's the motive for this? I can come up with a million reasons...
*If someone was contacted to pick up the baby in the park, I'm guessing a cell phone was used and LE does not have it...thus...no phone records.
There are other scenarios, but I think these are the most likely.
After everything I have seen so far on this case...without talking my dreams into consideration...I believe Gabriel is in one of these trailers.

“Gabriel Johnson's biological father, Logan McQueary, said he fears Elizabeth Johnson may have killed their son, despite the lack evidence.” What is dangerous about reporting that statement to the entire planet is the threat of long-term, compromised liberty in the United States court room for Elizabeth Johnson, before she even appears before tribunal. That is a threat to democracy. Simply because we hear or read articles such as this regarding a family or children, we make rapid, emotional determinations and water-cooler gossip on that seconds-long news clip that could have a devastating, long-term impact on someone’s life. How many listeners or readers personally know Ms. Johnson enough to make any accurate judgment about her historical character or profile? Which viewers personally know the reliability of her grandfather? He seems to be making several comments to the press while Ms. Johnson places trust in calling and speaking with him from a jail cell, in a vulnerable condition, unable to view the national news reports. He is violating her trust in him. But, we overlook that he admitted to this in the news story because he has the appearance of being a kindly older gentleman, ;provided air time by ABC News. How many viewers or listeners or readers personally know the people who are accusing Ms. Johnson and their personal criminal histories? Because there is a great deal of missing information for each of us in making a personal determination, I caution readers to wait and see before making an assessment of any news story involving family members who harm other family members. Family law professionals will likely agree that a lynch-mob mentality in regards to a situation like this can be particularly injurious for all parties involved. As much respect as I have for ABC and its affiliates, I feel strongly that Mike von Fremd was unnecessarily biased in reporting this story on television. That is because of the inherent prejudice against
Ms. Johnson by his chosen damning words and phrases against her character and favorable comments or portrayal of Logan McQueary, the baby’s biological father. Interesting that ABC posed Mr. McQueary with the police officer while showing repeated video clips of Ms. Johnson in her orange jumpsuit in court. Why not show more photos of her with her baby prior to this incident? A fact that all viewers should realize is that in domestic violence situations, most of the time, a woman is at an abject disadvantage financially and often there is predetermined prejudice against her in this nation. Until this fact changes, we need to clearly understand that there remains the strong possibility that Ms. Johnson was threatened in some way by Mr. McQueary or his cohorts, or even the police, thus, the reason for the unusual conduct, and is only trying to protect her child and herself. That strong maternal instinct is one not even brought to light in this news story and one scientific fact that will never diminish. I caution each viewer, if you do not have the facts, do not judge. You do not have the legal latitude to do so. And if you are unsure of the legality of this remark, then research the United States Bill of Rights which guarantees a right to trial by a jury of peers where the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. I don’t know from what background Mr. von Fremd comes from, but here in this country, we ARE innocent until proven guilty. That federal law has not changed. Televised Lynch-mob news reports are arcane, old-school, discriminatory, prejudicial, unprofessional, and highly unlawful. The contributors of this written news article, Andrea Canning, Sarah Netter, and Elisa Roupenian handle the issue with a much more unbiased view, adding further insight from the factual situation of the defendant. I strongly encourage ABC News to retract the prejudicial, unprofessional misstatements in the televised report on Good Morning American
this morning, and approach the matter from a more objective standpoint. I further encourage readers to refrain from making hasty rumor and spare your inaccurate opinions until her trial where you will be in a better position to make a fact-based determination.

There are many "fake" profiles being created on Facebook as well as "Groups" for the missing child Gabriel Johnson and his mother, who gave him away without the father's knowledge - Elizabeth Johnson. We are a strong group against these slanderous persons and groups that are reportedly harassing, making false claims with no facts of evidence as well as trying to deter the search for Gabriel Johnson. We are creating this petition to stop these people - that at this point we have no understanding to why they are bringing such attacks during the search for Gabriel and want their profiles and Groups removed off of Facebook in order to bring the justice properly against them for what they are trying to do against Logan McQueary and his family The McQuearys. Please join our iPetion to stop these heartless attacks and to allow the positive and the only Group approved by Logan and his family, Bring Home Gabriel Johnson on Facebook, to be the only voice and eyes for Gabriel and his return.
Logan looked alone today, wish a family member could have been there...sitting next to an attorney is very suspicious. We know why he was there...but many people may not...and there was no need to waste national air time pointing blame at Tammi again or trying to hurt EJ's credibility as a mother. The interview should have been about Logan and Gabriel...showing the world how much he loves his son and what he's doing to get him back. Also, so much for Logan not saying negative thing about EJ :(

This private group is setup for people that have been in communication with Elizabeth Johnson via her jail house cell. This groups sole purpose is to post and discuss the reasons why EJ did what she did and how we can prevent situations like this from happening in the future. To join, you must be in communication with Elizabeth Johnson after her incarceration and must be able to provide proof of such communications.
For who think EJ should rot in jail for what's she's done...I want to please consider this:
If you believe she did not harm Gabriel, then you have to ignore the text message and call made to Logan about killing the baby. If she was not looking for money for Gabriel, what was she doing? It seems to me she was trying to find a safe home for Gabriel. That said...she's was looking out for Gabriel's best interest...at least in her mind. LE has investigated every single phone call that was made during EJ's disappearance with Gabriel...and have turned up nothing. So if that's true what are the only other options?
If EJ did tell police everything she knew...which I believe...then either some random stranger took possession of Gabriel (which I highly doubt) or someone knew where she was going to be and sent that person(s) to pickup the baby. If EJ is hiding something form LE...what could possibly be so important that's she's willing to spend the rest of her life in jail?

What is coming up next in the case of missing Gabriel Johnson? Short of Gabriel 'miraculously' showing up on a street corner in someone's arms— or short of his anonymous drop-off at a church, hospital, or fire
station as consistently suggested by his alleged father— or short of any number of other possibilities, the 'discovery' will be shared with the news media.
According to Black's Law Dictionary, the 'discovery' as it relates to criminal proceedings underscores the defense's right to access 'evidence to prepare its own case'. It is a disclosure of information that was up until that time unknown or hidden. It is a conglomeration of data in the forms of documents, depositions, interrogatories, admissions (confessions), recordings, and cell-phone data— given to the defense upon the defense's requests or subpoenaed by the defense.
The 'discovery' in regard to the case of missing Gabriel Johnson will be a revelation to the public in that certain information, as in any criminal case, was withheld from public knowledge for the protection of the two conjoined investigations of homicide and missing person. For example, a so-called journal belonging to Baby Gabriel's mother, Elizabeth Johnson, was revealed by CBS5 News affiliate KPHO in late March. The fact that this 'journal' was not revealed to news media, and ultimately the public, soon after Gabriel went missing indicates that it may be part of the 'discovery' and was 'let out of the bag' too soon.
The 'journal' could be a prelude to many significant and possibly surprising revelations about the case of missing Gabriel Johnson once the 'discovery' is revealed to the news media. Whenever that may be.
Elizabeth Johnson, who has been condemned by many people for telling the alleged father Logan McQueary that she killed her son, sits in jail on a cash-only $1.1 million-dollar-bond. She is in one of America's toughest jails under the thumb of self-proclaimed America's toughest sheriff, Joe Arpaio.

Yet, evidence points to Gabriel being alive. There were no signs of homicide in the vehicle that Johnson drove from Tempe Arizona to San Antonio Texas with Gabriel. Nor were there such signs

And, although Johnson said, in a heated text message to McQueary, that she'd put the body inside a diaper bag and thrown it away, a three-week landfill search did not turn up a body or signs of homicide. Her story to Law Enforcement has been consistent since she first told it— she gave Gabriel to a couple whom she trusted in a park.
In a nation that promises belief in innocence until guilt is proven, Johnson has thus far been given the short end of the stick. Although the lynch-mob mentality has since been reduced in volume due to some mob constituents defecting to the 'undecideds' or growing group of Johnson supporters, it still remains. And that mentality could blind the mob to the possibility of Johnson's innocence. Up until her tumultuous relationship with McQueary, Johnson has always been 'a good girl'. Does Logan's PI really have information to solve this case? Are they finally close to a breakthrough, or is this just another smoke screen?
In most cases, if a creditable lead is being worked on...the last thing you would want to do is tell the media...will wait till the smoke clears to answer this question.

The Tempe mother whose initial comments that she killed her 8-month-old baby, Gabriel, sparked a national hunt for the boy, made her first Valley court appearance.
Noticed this: Is it possible the someone goggled the description of the people in the park that EJ supposed wrote in her 'journal'? Try it....interesting results.

Mental state of Baby Gabriel's mom to be evaluated
PHOENIX - Baby Gabriel Johnson is 1 year old, but the search for him continues.
May 3 is his first birthday, and more than four months following the child's disappearance, his mother Elizabeth Johnson, is still behind bars and investigators are trying to determine whether Gabriel is alive or dead.
A friend of the boy's mother, says he believes Gabriel is still alive.
23-year-old Sorin Stanescu says stands by Elizabeth and says he's one of the only friends she has left.
"Her parents passed away, friends are against her. I think we are the only good friends..she has me and my sister.." said Stanescu.
Johnson is accused of kidnapping her son and leaving Phoenix.
Stanescu met Johnson a few years ago. Two nights before the baby disappeared, Elizabeth stayed at his apartment with Gabriel. He offered to take care of them.
"I have a second room. I said I will support the baby..I will buy everything..don't worry about the money. I told her I was going to do all of that for her." Stanescu said.
On the morning of December 18, Stanescu woke up and found that Johnson was gone.
He received a couple of phone calls from her while she was on the move. One from Texas and another from Florida.
He didn't see her again until she was behind bars at the Estrella jail in Phoenix.
Stanescu says he strongly believes Johnson would never have hurt her child.
"I said is the baby alive and she said yes, she said yes." said Stanescu.
He also says Johnson lied to the police in the beginning, to protect the people that helped her to have the unknown couple take care of Gabriel. She has since given all the information she knows to police.
"She only tell me she gave the baby to these people..and she didn't ask for information. She didn't do it because she trusted them with her heart." Stanescu said.
When asked if he thought if Elizabeth is a killer, Stanescu said, "No she's not. She's a very nice person."

PHOENIX - May 3 is Gabriel Johnson's first birthday, but it's a sad celebration for his family. The baby has been missing since December.
His mother, Elizabeth Johnson, has given police several stories about the boy's whereabouts -- at one point even saying she killed him. But now she maintains she gave the boy to an unknown couple at a park in San Antonio.
FOX 10 has obtained exclusive jailhouse phone conversations between Johnson and Tammi Smith, the only other person under investigation in the case.
Smith is the woman who almost adopted baby Gabriel before he disappeared. She's been charged with trying to forge documents to gain custody of the child.
In the phone call, Smith accuses Johnson of destroying her life. The two spoke via jailhouse phone back in January. In turn, Elizabeth Johnson suggests Tammi Smith and her husband Jack arranged for a couple to take baby Gabriel.
Elizabeth: Yeah you set it all up they were your friends.
Tammi: No they weren't! Then what's their names if they're my friends?
Elizabeth: I don't know you set it all up in San Antonio.
Tammi: I talked about San Antonio? Elizabeth I don't know anyone in San Antonio, they already did the research and found I don't know anyone in San Antonio. There are no dots that connect me to you in San Antonio.
Elizabeth: Then it was Jack's friends like you said.
From day one, Smith has denied knowing about Gabriel's whereabouts. But Johnson says it was Smith's advice that landed her in jail.
Elizabeth: You told me to go to a shelter and pretend I was being beat.
Tammi: No, I told you instead of running and hiding and changing your identity go to a shelter don't just go run and hide your identity. What was illegal?
Elizabeth: From the very beginning it was illegal, lying about the paternity of the fatherhood, putting your cousin's name.
Tammi: In my mind that wasn't anything illegal. That was me helping you fill out your paperwork.
During the entire conversation, Smith never admits to having a couple pick up the baby at a San Antonio park Dec. 27.
Tammi: Just so you know we will be suing you.
Elizabeth: For what? What did I do to you?
Tammi: For ruining our lives.
Elizabeth: You ruined my life!
Tammi: I didn't tell you any lies.
Elizabeth: Tou ruined my life from the very beginning. I trusted you I believed you. You are totally not the person you said you were.
Tammi: Elizabeth you have destroyed our lives!
Johnson is back in her jail cell after spending over a week in a psychiatric unit for refusing to eat. As for Logan McQueary, he is still hopeful that his son is alive
Leads Drying Up In Search For Boy Missing 4 Months

PHOENIX -- Monday was the first birthday of Gabriel Johnson, the Phoenix boy who has been missing for four months.
Investigators believe his mother either gave him away as part of an underground adoption plan or killed him in San Antonio, Texas. With each passing day, Gabriel's return seems more unlikely. His appearance would have changed by now and tips have fallen off to a trickle, investigators said.
Those involved in the search said their next steps are unclear.
"Gabriel needs to come home one way or another," said Tim Maloney, the lawyer for Gabriel's father, Logan McQueary.
McQueary chose to speak through his attorney on the boy's birthday because the emotions of the day were too much to bear in public.
"To have no information getting you one step closer is really hard. I think it's getting more difficult for him and I think he needs to make some tough decisions about how long he's going to keep it going," Maloney said.
McQueary this week was on his way back from Illinois, where he was spending time with family. He firmly believes the boy's mother, Elizabeth Johnson, gave Gabriel away in a planned underground adoption and that the boy is still alive.
But every lead has been a dead end, and with dwindling tips and depleted resources, Gabriel's family and San Antonio police are left grasping for clues.
"In this case, we've exhausted hours upon hours, man hours. We had the landfill search that lasted weeks and weeks. So it is frustrating," San Antonio police Sgt. Chris Benavides.
The one woman who investigators believe holds all answers is not helpful, they said. The boy's mother, Elizabeth Johnson, was released back into the general population of the Estrella jail on Monday after a brief stint in the psych ward.
"Of course she's capable of standing trial. She just doesn't like being in jail," Maloney said.
She may not be there much longer. Without a body, a murder charge is unlikely, and it may be difficult for prosecutors to find her guilty of kidnapping. Even with a guilty verdict on custodial interference, Johnson could be out in less than a year.
"Gabriel is alive or he's not. There was a meeting in the park or there was not. And that's it," Maloney said. "We continue on, and we're going to continue on until we have a resolution one way or another."

I have come to realize that the people involved in this case that have made claims such as We will find him by ****, we are certain we will find him, we are positive he is alive and so on...are full of crap. How can you use these terms without having any solid leads! It's seems to me that these people are using this case for their own personal benefit and have been blowing smoke up our asses since day one. I'm also surprised LE has not put a stop to it...hopefully now they will...as this has gotten way out of control. The one thing that was promised in the beginning (to raise a reward fund) was not done...months have gone by and not a dime was raised. Now the notion of a reward fund is being trivialized and passed off as too technical or it's none of our business...WTF? In the beginning we all understood that this was the most important thing we, the public, could do to support the family and bring Gabriel home...so what's changed? Asking for money has not...and for what? To pay for more hotel rooms or airline flights for people that continue to tell us that Gabriel will be home soon? Looking at case evidence from 3 months ago...the same evidence that LE has already been through dozens of times...is NOT breakthrough material. How many times will you be able to cry wolf without being exposed as to what you're really doing? Twelve hour days working side by side with LE? You're kidding right? I'm willing to bet the small group of people I talk to everyday is closer to finding Gabriel than all crap slinging wannabe detectives you can pay for...talk is cheap.

I had a dream last night that I can't get out of my head, I will post it today and I'm researching it now. It has to do with a religious cult I joined and could not get out of, they let me go home but I could not talk about what happened...they marked my left arm and let me go home. The group makes money selling organic vegetables...but that is a cover...the group is evil and run like the mafia...you cannot talk about what happens on the compound. The fear I had was real and I still feel it...they also use blackmail to keep its members. If there is a devil, he's running this place...some things that I saw were sexual in nature and I do not wish to discuss what I saw. Anyway, I think somehow this is connected to Gabriel's disappearance...I do not know how, but I feel this is true and it did come from UC.

In this letter I told EJ that Tammi and Jack were not mad at her, I did not mention that they could not contact her. I also asked her if she needed anything and that I believed she was telling the truth. Again, I think she's all alone in this, and the info that she does have will not get her out. If Logan did not record her call, I think things would be allot different today. She's asking for reading material and money...I think we should help her out.

Paternity Issue:
IMO I now believe Logan is Gabriel's biological father, I do realize that I have doubted this in the past and posting my option publically was probably not the best course of action. For that, I would like to apologize Logan and his family for doing so...I was out of line. In my defense I sincerely thought that this issue could be case related...IMO I was wrong. I base my new opinion on Elizabeth Johnson's recent statements and Logan's new photo he uploaded to Facebook...I also do not wish to elaborate any further on this. If Elizabeth thinks Logan is Gabriel's paternal father that's good enough for me...actually its none of my business now and really never was.
UPDATE: 5.17.2010: Just so there are no misunderstandings here...I posted this because that's how I feel, I was NOT threatened by anyone.

I'm surprised that some people who claim to be helping find Gabriel and others feel the need to do this....ya gotta realize that sooner or later someone's going to connect the dots. Doctors: Johnson incompetent to stand trial in missing Baby Gabriel case
Two doctors appointed by Maricopa County Superior Court have stated in a report that Elizabeth Johnson, the mother of a missing Baby Gabriel, is not be competent to stand trial, according to Johnson's attorney.
Maricopa County Superior Court Commissioner Steven Holding is expected to make a ruling on the report Thursday that could excuse Johnson from participating in further court proceedings involving the disappearance of her son, who has been missing since December. Originally, Johnson said she killed the baby, according to police and court documents; later, she said she gave Gabriel to a couple in San Antonio.
Attorney Nicholas Alcock, who is representing Johnson in the criminal portion of the case in which Johnson is charged with kidnapping, child abuse, custodial interference and conspiracy to commit custodial interference, told the Tribune he received the results from Johnson's psychological evaluation on Wednesday and is reviewing the report.
"Both (court-appointed) doctors believe she is not competent to stand trial," Alcock said. "They have determined that Elizabeth cannot control her thought process and that she is not able to think in a linear fashion, meaning that she is not able to think logically or make decisions."
Johnson left Arizona for San Antonio with her son in mid-December, and on Dec. 27, told Logan McQueary, her estranged boyfriend and father of Gabriel that she killed the boy, stuffed his body in a diaper bag and then threw it into a dumpster, according to court documents. When Johnson was arrested in Miami Beach, Fla. on Dec. 30, she told an FBI agent that she gave Gabriel to a couple at a motel she was staying at a day after meeting them at a park in San Antonio, according to court records.
The case of Baby Gabriel has received national media attention and has been the subject of numerous national television news programs in the months following Johnson's arrest.
If alive, Gabriel would now be 1 year old.
Johnson remains incarcerated in a Maricopa County Jail.
Alcock, who requested the a psychological evaluation or Rule 11 hearing to be held for Johnson, said he "had some deep concerns" that Johnson could not think clearly and believed she would not be able to think logically or assist an attorney in preparing a defense. Alcock also noted that doctors at the jail had placed Johnson on psychiatric medication after a recent incident in which she assaulted two inmates, resulting in solitary confinement. Johnson has since been returned to the general jail population.
"The court won't allow anyone who is incompetent to stand trial," Alcock said.
Alcock said he expects that Johnson will be placed in a "restoration process," in which Johnson would receive therapy and medication.
"It is very rare for someone to be determined incompetent, but not be restorable or rehabilitated through therapy and medication," Alcock said

What does Jay J. Armes, Bob Inzano and Ken Gamble have in common?
Ok, without getting angry or throwing insults at one another lets please re-look at something I feel is important in this case...why have all three well respected private investigation companies left the Gabriel Johnson case?
Is there something they found that was so important they had no choice but to quit? or was it something else? Personally I'm not buying the public explanations (posted below), you just don't quit something you're so passionate about regardless of funding or personal issues...if this were the case, I would have left long ago. There is a reason why and IMO it does have something to do with finding baby Gabriel...I like many others have heard all sorts of rumors, but these are just rumors with no facts to back them up.
We've setup this private FB group to try and figure out what's going on here, if you're interested in sharing your opinions, thoughts or theories, I would be happy to have you. Please remember that this group not about spreading drama or hate, it's sole purpose it to get the facts from those involved. If there is something going on that we should stay out of, please feel free to let me know and I'll stop asking questions right away. To me it makes no sense for a PI group to publically state that they are no longer looking for a missing baby...didn't understand it when JJ left the case, was even more confused when Bob Inzano left and was speechless when Ken Gamble quit.

The Investigators were asked by a concerned citizen, and Mr. Logan McQueary, to conduct an independent investigation into the disappearance of the infant now known as “Baby Gabriel Johnson.” Because of the nat...ure of the case, and the lack of financial resources of Mr. Johnson, I agreed to undertake this case, “pro-bono” or free of charge. During the course of this investigation we have received countless tips and leads which we had to screen, evaluate, and pursue in an effort to determine if they were in fact credible. Needless to say, we have expended considerable time, expense, and resources both in the United States and in Mexico, all at no cost whatsoever to Mr. McQueary. As many of you already know, I was in Phoenix, AZ just yesterday for a scheduled court hearing on Elizabeth Johnson. From the inception, our sole focus has been on locating Baby Gabriel and/or in disclosing the facts surrounding his disappearance and the identities of the responsible party(s). As in all of our cases, our objective has been to utilize our considerable experience, resources and skills to develop credible leads which may then be turned over to law enforcement to act upon. We have never, at any time, withheld information from any law enforcement agency involved in this ongoing investigation. We have never been contacted by any of the law enforcement agencies that are involved in this case. We do not call Mr. McQueary on a daily basis to tell him that several more leads turned out to be false. To do so would not only be senseless, it would be a disservice to Mr. McQueary who is already in a desperate state. We do not call all of the involved Law Enforcement agencies to report that we have no tangible information for them yesterday. Instead, we work diligently and steadily towards our objective. Based upon our conversations with Mr. McQueary over the past two days, he advised us that he has retained legal representation in San Antonio. Yesterday, for
reasons unknown to us, this firm Maloney and Campolo, L.L.P. , has released a press release to numerous news outlets. This press release contains statements which are blatantly false and misleading with respect to our involvement in this case. These false statements amount to libel. In this press release, an individual identifying himself as one “Tim Maloney” has falsely claimed that I, Jay J. Armes, has “…refused to return my clients property and continues to interfere with an ongoing police investigation…” During our initial interview with Logan McQueary, the documents in his possession were photocopied. Mr. McQueary took the original documents with him when he left our offices. On a subsequent visit to our offices in El Paso, Mr. McQueary brought us a few insignificant documents that he had retrieved from the trailer where he and Elizabeth Johnson had been evicted from. All relevant materials had already been seized by Law Enforcement via a search warrant. With this fact in mind, we have no “property,” belonging to Mr. McQueary. To the contrary, Mr. McQueary has property belonging to us. Furthermore, at no time has Mr. McQueary, his family, or his attorney requested any “property” from us. It was also stated that I was told repeatedly “…not to talk to the parties involved in this horrible trajedy.” First of all, this is simply not true. Second, no investigator can conduct a competent investigation without talking to the parties involved. No investigator would take on a case of this nature if they were told from the inception that they could not speak to anyone involved in the case. This statement is ludicrous. Based upon the false and slanderous statements made yesterday by Mr. Tim Maloney, we are currently considering taking legal action against him, and his law firm, to ensure that the truth comes to light. As of this date, and pursuant to the request of Mr. Maloney, we are hereby halting all activity in connection with this case. We would like to take this
opportunity to thank all of the concerned individuals who have taken the time, and interest, to contact us with tips and information which they felt may have been of use to our investigation. We respectfully request that any future leads, or tips be directed to the San Antonio Police Department.
Bob Inzano of Diamondback Investigators is OFFICIALLY done with helping Logan McQueary. I am also. We are so sorry to say this. However, I think it very sad when people donate services and then are treated in this manner. We will turn over ALL of our tips and leads to law enforcement and simply walk away. This is NOT based on the situation with J.J. Armes. This is because of how we have been treated separate of J.J. Armes by the family when we tried to help.

Mr. Gamble* is no longer able to assist with finding Gabriel. We appreciate everything he has done for us while he was in the United States. Unfortunately, Mr. Gamble has a business to run in Australia and could not be expected to remain in the U.S. indefinitely. In order for him to return, he will need a work visa and enough funding to pay his costs. While many theories have been advanced, they are just that, theories. We are no closer to finding Gabriel today than we were in 2009. Our efforts to locate Gabriel will continue until we bring him home safely. It is with the support of the many volunteers that we are able to continue our investigative efforts. In addition to the Silent Witness Reward, The Baby Gabriel Foundation is offering a $5,000 reward. As we are able to save money and raise funds, we will place additional monies into the reward fund established for information leading to the safe return of Gabriel Scott Johnson. Six months later, no answers in missing Baby Gabriel case
Gabriel Scott Johnson has been missing for six months, and his whereabouts and well-being remain a mystery. His mother, Elizabeth Johnson, remains incarcerated in a Maricopa County jail on a $1.1 million cash bond on charges in connection to his disappearance and currently is incompetent to stand trial.
In the midst of a custody battle, Johnson, 23, of Tempe, told Logan McQueary, her estranged boyfriend and the child's father, on Dec. 27 that said she killed the then 7-month-old baby, stuffed his body in a diaper bag and threw it into a dumpster in San Antonio, according to Maricopa County Superior Court documents.
She later told authorities that she gave Gabriel to a couple she had never met in the parking lot of motel in San Antonio a day after meeting them in a park, sparking national media attention and a search that included the FBI, two renowned private investigators and McQueary himself. For reasons unknown, San Antonio was the first destination entered into a GPS device Johnson had that was confiscated by police.
The boy was last seen at a HomeGate Studios and Suites in San Antonio on Dec. 26, purportedly a meeting place for underground adoptions, according to authorities. Johnson, who was arrested in Miami Beach, Fla. on Dec. 30 without the child, is charged with kidnapping, child abuse, custodial interference and conspiracy to commit custodial interference.
Sandy Gutierrez, a spokeswoman for the San Antonio Police Department, told the Tribune on Thursday that there have been no developments in the case since March 12. That was the day investigators ended a 16-day excavation of a landfill in San Antonio after sifting through 4,260 tons of trash in an attempt to find any of the boy's remains or evidence that would help the case. Police also would not say whether they were able to locate a young Hispanic man, a known drug dealer, seen with Johnson at a motel in San Antonio where she was staying, according to authorities. Nor did they release the man's name.
Gutierrez also said that the police department has received very few tips in the last three months.
"As unfortunate as it may be, nothing new has developed," Gutierrez said.
But by nearly all accounts, the search for the missing child remains ongoing and active and still is being investigated as both a homicide and a missing persons case. The family of McQueary said they remain in contact with authorities at least once a week, but could not release details of the investigation.
A statement issued to the Tribune from the McQueary family said, "We are unable to comment any further regarding the ongoing investigation into the disappearance of Gabriel, except to confirm that law enforcement continues to investigate all leads."
Three Facebook pages have been set up for the missing boy: "Help Find Baby Gabriel," "Help Find Missing Baby Gabriel," and "Find Baby Gabriel."
Gabriel Johnson, who has light brown hair and blue eyes, now would be 1-year-old.
Tammi Smith, 38, of Scottsdale, the woman who had expressed interest in adopting Gabriel and provided false and misleading statements to Tempe police during their investigation, has been charged with forgery and conspiracy to commit custodial interference in connection with the case.
Smith is waiting to resume court proceedings after Johnson's competency level is restored through medical treatment and counseling, which she now is undergoing.
McQueary, 25, of Gilbert, had spent a short time living in San Antonio searching for clues that had been overlooked in his son's disappearance, but has since returned to Valley where he has obtained a job, according to his aunt, Kelli McQueary. He could not be reached for comment.
Jay J. Armes, a private investigator based in El Paso, Texas, and his associates initially had assisted McQueary in the search. Later on, Australia-based private investigator Ken Gamble also participated in the search, but he resigned from the case on June 5 due to lack of funding, according to Kelli McQueary and Gamble. Both Armes and Gamble strongly believed through evidence and information they reviewed from the case that Gabriel still is alive.

When Gabriel is found:
Not sure how many people know this, but when a person is located usually the first people to know about it (other than LE) is National Center. We have noticed that when a person is found, their picture is immediately removed from their database. Most of the time this happens well before local media even gets wind of the story...that said it's a very good tool to get the latest information on a case. I've just setup an account with Change Detection that will send me an email if the image on Gabriel's NC page is removed. I'm also planning on doing this with every case I have open...it's going to take some time, but I will get it done.

A reliable source close to the case just told me that Elizabeth Johnson has requested a private meeting with the judge in his chambers, she plans on disclosing what really happened to Gabriel Scott Johnson...she states that she plans on telling him everything. We hope and pray Gabriel is located safe and those responsible face FAIR justice. This is all I know at this point...updates will follow.

I'm still following this case and from what I've seen in the news its just
old stories disguised to look like new ones. I believe Gabriel
is alive and will be found safe soon...I thought he'd be found much sooner,
but i was wrong. it does no good to promote the child being dead,
other than to sell newspapers...
The reason for making all my missing person cases public is simple...there is no possible way I can investigate these myself. I add at least one new case a day, 7 days a week with no vacations...this leaves little free time to do individual case work. Making everything public far outweighs working in secrecy...what you get is what I dreamt, nothing more or nothing less. When I post my dream drawing on a case, I usually post a translation too...this translation includes everything I know about the case, nothing is kept from you the reader. As with most people, I do not remember a majority of my dreams, and going back to specific dd's (dream drawings) does not usually bring back anything additional I have not already posted. I am not a psychic and can only work via dreaming or lucid dreaming, so with each request, I literally have to 'sleep on it'. I am not concerned about my dreams not being right, however I am concerned about letting those who can make a difference in solving a case, do so. I have been doing this for several years now, and will continue to do it in a way I know works. I have never charged to open a case, and have no plans on doing so in the future...all work, including work from those helping me is done 100% pro bono.
