McQueary had previously filed an order of protection against Johnson after she “tore a part a baby crib, took a knife and cut up baby clothes, McQueary’s clothes, the couch and smashed windows of the apartment and a television set,” according to the documents. The order was subsequently dismissed when he tried to work things out with Johnson.

Was there another date EJ broke a TV and cut up baby clothes?

(not sure what charges are pending...if any...think its nothing...5 days ago)

UPDATE 10:37 PM EST: Was told from a creditable source Logan got a red light ticket mailed to him today (3.30.2010)...so I'm assuming this is a traffic cam ticket machine.

Technology today...so if this happened, the car must have been registered to Logan as well...unless the camera asked for his DL :)

Anyway, will remove this post, as its not part of the record and not relevant.

Older charges, some maybe listed above as well.  There is a pattern of not paying the court, not sure how much is owed but it could be in the thousands.

DUI (Second) - 4/2007 (DUI can kill innocent people...and there is no excuse for this)

FAKE ID (trivial, but shows money issues)

Also assuming now after the red-light ticket on 3/25/10 ticket, this bill (last dated 1/25/2010) has been paid in full...if it wasn't more than a ticket would have been mailed*

THEFT/TRANSP...think is related to previous post....even more money owed.

UNDER 21 LIQUOR...another trivial charge, but it shows money still owed...so it's relevant.

Elizabeth Johnson does not seem to have a criminal record before the baby went missing...still checking...but this is good news.
