I have a different interpretation. I see the name as the Hispanic name Falcon, with an accent over the o. I see the hand as being a hand with several fingers cut off at the knuckles. In the upper right it says something like “He knows, smile shows an I re” … or ??? Maybe it says “He Knows, Smile Snows”. I wonder if it’s about finding a guy with missing fingers on his left hand? It’s also similar to the American sign language sign for I Love You.~ bonnie w ~

The hand sketch sort of looks like the Devil's Horns hand sign. Maybe that is significant.
According to Wikipedia 6/8/87 is Joran Van Der Sloot's date of birth. He was one of the suspects in the case and supposedly the last one seen with Natalie Holloway.

When I went to google earth 11:06:49:45N and 69:46:44:92 the name Falcon with an acute or other indicator over the 'o' came up. Upon zooming in there did not appear to be a town or building so it is probably the name of a region. It is about 120 miles south of Aruba.

Hi, thanks, I'm getting very close to figuring out this dream. I think the hand above belongs to Mr. Joran Van Der Sloot, and I think he knows where Natalie Holloway is, and that location matches the remote viewing I did on January 27th of 2006. I'm currently searching the web to see if a can find an image of him smiling and making the hand geture drawn in DD4115.

History
These gang members are predominately Black, however, the Bloods have accepted other ethnic groups into the gang. Hispanics, Whites, Greeks, and Chinese member have been identified. Bloods have been identified in areas throughout New York City; Brooklyn's 77Pct. (Crown Heights), Queens' 100 Pct. (Far Rockaway), and Manhattan's 28 Pct. (11th Street).
In New York City jails, the Bloods have developed a reputation as a vicious gang. They have been responsible for over 50% of the stabbings and slashings throughout the Department of Corrections during the period covering April 1, 1997 - August 31, 1997 . Current intelligence shows the Mad Dog Bloods set is dismantled.
Bloods can be identified by their tattoos; two burned dots over a single burned dot. This represents a dog's paw—Bloods refer to themselves as "dogs." Additionally, Bloods were colors of red, or clothing identified with the basketball team the Chicago Bulls.
Besides their tattoos and clothing, the Bloods display signs and speak in codes. One such sign is to curl the thumb and index finger until the meet to from a circle. The three remaining finger are extended straight-out. This hand is then placed against the stomach area, palm of the hand face down with thumb and index finger touching the stomach (solar plexus area). 101 First Superior (this is the leader). His function is to oversee the set. This individual acts as the disciplinary officer.

104 Minister of Information Provides information concerning the set and its enemies.

Beware those around you who shout out the most, yet find time to talk during conflict. These individuals will reason with enemy.
In war, strive for rendering the enemy harmless, disrupting the enemy's alliances, and attacking before you are attacked.
Silence and observation are major weapons in defense.
During war, or peace, never allow you priorities to be misguided.
Bloods have a view of themselves as gangster, and as such, many have taken gang names (AKAs)of organized crime embers; Capone, Nitti, Baby Face Nel, Gambion, Scar Face.
Bloods use the letters "OG" when writing. OG is short for "original gangster."
The weapon of choice for this gang are razors, which the Bloods have proven to be experts at using. In the streets of New York, Bloods carry razor blades in their pockets, and in the jails, they have mastered the technique of carrying razors in their anus or mouth

Joran Van Der Sloot has a MySpace account (you have to have an account to view all his pictures - the pics that only viewable by members, I have copy/pasted below) He speaks of Natalie on his page ....
The majority of his friends listed have their accounts set to Private, which means you can't see their page unless you are added as a friend. I didn't see any comments posted by Joran on any of the friends he has on his list that doesn't have a private account.
