Stomach Issues and curing them with your own urine

"ones own urine can cure all stomach disorders * heartburn * constipation (sp) * gas 1 part urine 3 parts apple cider vinegar, mix and dink no more than 1/4 cup"

 

First I suggest you check with a doctor to see if this is safe, I have not tried this myself.  I have used my own urine for an earache, and it worked just fine...but I have never tried doing this...and I'm not sure if I ever will.

 

Per DD instructions, take 1 part of your own urine and mix it with three parts of apple cider vinegar.  This is a very common type of vinegar sold almost everywhere.

Would suggest using a Dixie Cup, and taking the urine when you first get up in the morning...I forgot to post the dd does say 'first stream', and I'm assuming that is what it means.

Also says not to drink anymore than 1/4 cup...I believe a Dixie cup is close enough measurement too.

That's all it says, and I'm sure it will work if you're able to drink it. 

It took me some time to get used to pouring it into my ear, but I'm glad I did...if your going to try that, use just straight urine, tilt you head to one side and let it stay in the ear canal for a minute or so...suggest washing your face afterward :)

Another note:  Do not store the urine mixture, it needs to be fresh...harmful bacteria can grow very fast, even with the vinegar.
