Hi, and thanks...and I would love to be wrong on this all the time, but I do not thinks that's going to happen, and I will try my best to make a more accurate prediction on this event. It's been the toughest event I have every tried to predict..not sure why...but it is.

Also note the increasing numbers of earthquakes in California, I expect event #5 to most likely be this week, need to confirm a few things with the USGS before I post another alert. Apparently the same thing happened on a few days prior to April 18, 1906.

Scientists made their first discovery of a volcanic eruption in progress 1.5
miles below the surface of the Pacific Ocean.

The event was predicted at a site where earthquake activity had increased.
The eruption was confirmed when eight of 12 seismometers deployed to the
seafloor were apparently buried. Other similar projects had experienced a 98
percent success rate in recovering the devices, so scientists assumed the
missing ones were covered by magma.

The eruption, in April, was reported recently in an online paper published
by the journal Science. Geologist Maya Tolstoy of the Lamont-Doherty Earth
Observatory, led the work.

"If you have to lose instruments on the sea bottom," Tolstoy said, "this is
the only way to do it-when the information gained from their loss is
extensive. The disappearance of these instruments underscores the importance
of real-time monitoring on the sea floor. We learned an enormous amount by
having these instruments placed where they were: right on top of the
eruption."

The seismometers are part of an ongoing, detailed study of the creation of
new sea floor at the East Pacific Rise, where the sea floor spreads apart
[graphic]. The research is sponsored by the National Science Foundation.

The work has "exciting implications that we may be able to anticipate future
sea floor eruptions," said co-author James Cowen of the University of
Hawaii.

The finding is supported by chemistry changes in fluid from vents in the
area measured in 2006 compared with 1991. As seawater heated by subsurface
magma jets out from cracks in the ocean crust, it rises, then spreads out in
a cloudlike formation that can rise more than 200 yards above the seafloor
[see video of such an event]. The April eruption generated a cloud that was
detected 4 miles to the south.

Furthermore, rocks collected from the site were glassy and iridescent,
indicating very recent cooling of hot magma by contact with cold seawater,
the scientists explained.

Hello all:
In a message posted earlier this evening, I extended the Seismic alert for another 72 hours, and immediately extended it to as far north as Parkfield in Central California. At the moment MT shifting is occurring with highly erratic behavior very rarely observed, and that's exactly what I anticipate to occur prior to a moderate to strong magnitude seismic event epicentered within the region. I'm extending the previous alert to become a Blanket Seismic Alert for the Pacific-North American Plate Boundary from the Mendocino-Triple Junction to the Gulf of California, with an emphasis upon the region from Parkfield to the Salton Sea which is now at the Seismic Warning Level. This necessary change is based upon the latest data analysis, which indicates an increasing threat to life and property, and warrants a step up to now become the Highest level of Warning. With over 30 days in duration of inferred sustained high levels of lithospheric stress along the plate boundary, these swarms and small foreshocks are telling us we need to stay on top of the change to secondary fault seismic activity along the Central Coast of California and within the Eastern Sierras/Southern Owens Valley. It's perpiheral to an inferred extremely high lithospheric stress region along the Mojave Desert Block from the Coachella Valley to the Cajon Pass. Mt. San Gorgonio, and west to the Cajon Pass, from Anza, and north to Wrightwood, are all at the focal point of the stress nucleation process. The San Jacinto Fault is a known receptor for high levels of stress nucleating from along the Pacific Plate Boundary, and is considered to be the most at risk.

Sure, they have had quakes and rebuilt no problem... but do you think that there will be quakes that will make the area screwed up for a long time??

I've been offered a job out east in NYC, pays much less than i make in LA.. but have been wondering about the future of the west coast.

Hi, yes I do and it has nothing to due with a dream, but something I saw on The National Geographic Channel...basically the soil that much of LA is located on can increase the effects of a quake some 7 times.

do you think any of this could be the trigger quakes you mentioned? Also how

Hi, yes I do, and I have not done anything earthquake related for the past several days. Was taking a break from this in hopes I could make a more accurate prediction of event 5 and 5.5. It may have worked and will post any further findings here.

I'm sorry to report that I see no changes in the extremely high stress levels, even after all of the recent regional seismic activity. In fact, it now appears to be in transition somewhat to a point where it's surfacing in an area with a thin lithosphere. Maybe after a M6.0 will it once again return to a lower level. Hopefully not much higher than that magnitude along the plate boundary within Southern California before we get a break in this dangerous deep crustal / fundamental infrasonic resonant harmonic energy cycle. Meanwhile, it's still a major threat to life and property while it continues, now for over 30 days straight. We are definitely undergoing what is called an earthquake storm.

I have been following your predictions and emails for several months now,
and I can offer a graphical representation of the EQ data given by the USGS
for any region of interest vs. time, from their 7 day window data at:

Here are plots of their reported EQs since Sept. 2006, for
the CA Mt. St. Helens area,
the Hawaii area,
the Kuril Islands area, and
also for the whole world (over 4.0).
Note that the data are the diamond symbols and that
the lines just connect them for visual tracking.

I will be updating these plots every day, and I can provide them to you
whenever you request them. I am saving the data in one large file and
then using automatic Excel macros to extract the data for these regions for plotting, and
I can make similar plots for any region of interest.
Let me know what you would like to see.

The Kuril Islands area is really rockin' and rollin'.
Those are all 4.0 to 6.0 EQs, and
many of them are VERY DEEP.
Also, these data are in SWS (Surface Wave Sensor) units, and
if I remember correctly, they are equivalent to Richter Scale minus 1.
So, these quakes are really big!
I like the theory that the additional weight of seawater on the Pacific Ocean floor
due to the warming of the surface of the earth is causing these new EQs.

As I live 45 minutes from San Francisco, I am naturally interested
in your April 19, 2006 Prediction:

There will be several small earthquakes starting 4 days before the main event.
The first will be a 3.9, when this happens, there will be 4 days until the event.

Well, today is Tuesday, and we are down to 5 Thursday left in 2006...

The data plotted for CA below says that the 8.2 EQ could then happen "the day after tomorrow".
I am personally betting on Thursday Dec. 20, when
the moon will be in conjunction with the sun (a new moon)
at 6:01 AM CA time, thus creating stronger tidal stresses across the surface of the Earth,
just like during the Loma Prieta EQ on Oct. 17, 1989, very close to a full moon rising.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT THE UPCOMING CALIFORNIA EARTHQUAKES

You may or may not know that I'm having great difficulty in predicting the date and time of the (2) pending great quakes in California. Several weeks ago I mailed letters to famous psychics around the world asking their help in this matter.

As of today's date, I have still not received a single reply, so I will now post copies of letters I have sent. I'm sure that these people maybe very busy, and could have never received my request, so to give them the benefit of the doubt I'm asking anyone reading this to please contact them.

Concerning your request to psychics to help you pinpoint the timing of the next

Cal quakes, the reason that they cannot help you is the same reason that you

cannot pinpoint these dates yourself.

The reasons are:

1) that the future is in a constant state of flux and variability,

and vary according to what mankind and the collective conscienceness do between

now and then. (simple translation: if we are good, the Almighty eases off on bad stuff).

2) the path that psychics and drean voyagers employ to peek at the future

passes thru a realm for which time does not exist (time is a parameter of

our three dimensional universe).

Therefore, no "schedule" can be ascertained by such processes.

If you look back at the early DDs for this "event", you will see hints at several

possible "timetables", such as precursors, come and go, come and go,

each time with nothing happening. These "dreams" may be simply

"threats" by the folks upstairs for manking to "shape up or ship out",

and we may just be shaping up, albeit slowly, and these bad events may

not happen in our lifetime, or maybe much more slowly or differently

so as to be much more palatable. The Almighty knows what He is doing.

I know and can sense your frustrations, but your warnings may have been

just what was desired by the powers to be.

I hope that these items help you. Prophesies are supposed to come out wrong.

in addition to Michael's information you need to consider, that all around
the world are people, so called "light workers" and others with high
spiritual conscienceness who are aware of your predictions and other
information from differetn sources.
And those people, human or not, do their part, by directing ennergies and
other efforts, to calm mother earth and to ease the coming events.
So it might be, that your predicted 7.9 earthquake, that you dreamed of in
a specific timeline already happened, but by the focused collective
conscienceness of those Beings was transformed to a smaller quake, or turned
into the quake swarm we actually see, so that Urantia (Gaia, mother earth)
could take her necessary release and go her way of transformation to a new
higher dimensional realm in a smoother way.

So as Michael said in his passage 2) "the path that psychics and dream
voyagers employ to peek at the future passes thru a realm for which time
does not exist (time is a parameter of our three dimensional universe)."
What you see in your dreams, happend, happens and will happen (past, present
and future are one outside of this 3D Universe) in a specific path of
reality of our 3D Universe, but that not neccessarily means, that it happens
in our reality, since what we create as our physical reality depends on the
collective conscienceness of mankind and others. And I know that you touched
the subject of "we create our physically reality by our thoughts and
emotions" in your RVs and dreams, so you know, what I mean. You just need to
bring all your puzzle pieces of information into the correct sequence.

Sorry, my english is not good enough to express better, what I try to say,
but I guess you got the point.

I believe that your work and doing is invaluable for many people, if not the
mankind.
With your predicitions, if they are for a person or a group or the world,
you get the attention of those to a situation that is in their possible
reality.
People just need to understand, that this predictions are not there to scare
them and to raise fear, but to challenge them to use their conscienceness to
prevent, redirect or force(if they are good for the world and the humankind)
the predicted events, or to simply put them to reality.
Whatever people do with this information, it's their free will, but YOU,
Brian, are a great guide and you do fulfill your part in the devine plan
that you agreed to do before you came into this incarnation.
