post comments here - case also located on missingpersonfoum.com - main page

DD's from last night follow, and I'm not sure if any of it is correct.

Brian

"he's where he said he would be. Ex prison friend knows vehicle he's staying in - black windows - not his vehicle"

"19, hostage? no not because he's not talking, rt 48"

"he went to church, not there now - went to 96th street, building looks like a E from space"

I found this location in Parkland, and I think he maybe there right now.

"Air Force phone number in his notebook -- listen to his words December 1st 2009"

think he's going to get caught tomorrow and might say something important to police.

rest of the dream gets a little crazy...

"Brain who is this man -- you know, look in dreams, police will find him"

"he must NOT DIE -- Revelation 13 - what he tells CNN is false, he's not the prophet!!"

I think if this man dies, it could have something to do with the bible and the end of the world...seriously :)

Lakewood police officer shooting

Location Lakewood, Washington,

United States

Date Sunday, November 29, 2009

8:15 a.m. (UTC-8)

Attack type Ambush shooting

Weapon(s) Firearm (unknown type)

Death(s) 4

Suspected perpetrator Maurice Clemmons

The Lakewood police officer shooting took place on Sunday, November 29, 2009, when four Lakewood Police Department officers were killed at the Forza Coffee Co. coffee shop in the Parkland neighborhood, near Lakewood, Washington, U.S., a suburb of Tacoma. One gunman fired at the officers and then fled.[1][2]

The shooting is believed to be the most deadly attack on law enforcement in the state of Washington, and the deadliest attack on law enforcement in the United States since the March 21, 2009 shootings that left four Oakland, California police officers dead.[3]

Incident

The Lakewood officers, three males and one female,[4] were in full uniform (including bulletproof vests) and were working on their laptop computers inside the coffee shop prior to their work shift. The shop, adjacent to McChord Air Force Base, is owned by a retired police officer and is located at a strip mall in Parkland, a small unincorporated area just outside of Lakewood. [1][4][2]

The suspect was described as a "scruffy looking" African-American,[2] in his 20s or 30s, between 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, and wearing a black coat and blue jeans.[5] The Pierce County Sheriff's office did not rule out a possibility of a second person.[1] Two of the officers were killed as they sat in their chairs and one was killed as he/she stood up, but one officer managed to get into a struggle with the assailant and fire his/her own weapon.[1][6] Investigators say the shooting was a targeted attack and not associated with a robbery.[7]

As of November 29, 10:40 p.m. (UTC-8), Seattle Police located a "person of interest" in a home in the Leschi area of Seattle. SWAT teams from the Seattle Police Department, Tacoma Police Department, and other agencies assaulted the home but found no one inside. Earlier in the day, Tacoma Police served a search warrant on a Tacoma home belonging to a "person of interest" and collected evidence.[8][9]

Victims

All four victims were members of the Lakewood Police Department:[10]

Sgt. Mark Renninger, 39, 13 years of law enforcement experience
Officer Ronald Owen, 37, 12 years of law enforcement experience
Officer Tina Griswold, 40, 14 years of law enforcement experience
Officer Greg Richards, 42, 8 years of law enforcement experience

Suspect

Maurice Clemmons
The suspect is 37 year old Maurice Clemmons, who was reported by the Associated Press to have "an extensive violent criminal history from Arkansas." In 2000, Clemmons had his 95 year sentence for robbery commuted by then-Governor Mike Huckabee and moved to Western Washington. [11] Police are offering a $125,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.[12]

Not sure if he said anything before he died.  Also Zac was right on about the wound to stomach.

Police: Suspect dead; had slain cop's gun

December 1, 2009 12:51 p.m. EST

Maurice Clemmons was sought in the shooting deaths of four police officers in Washington state.

Seattle, Washington (CNN) -- The suspect in Sunday's fatal shooting of four police officers was shot and killed early Tuesday in south Seattle after he challenged an officer who approached him, authorities said.

Maurice Clemmons was carrying a weapon taken from one of the dead officers and had suffered a bullet wound to his abdomen in Sunday's shooting, Pierce County Sheriff's Department spokesman Ed Troyer said at an early morning news conference.

Clemmons was killed around 2:45 a.m. by a seven-year veteran of the Seattle police force who had noticed a parked stolen car that was unoccupied but running, said Jim Pugil, an assistant Seattle police chief.

The officer approached Clemmons outside the car and asked him to show his hands, but the suspect refused and started to run around the car, Pugil said.

The police officer, who recognized Clemmons from photographs, then shot and killed him, the assistant chief said.

The officer, who was not identified, was not injured.

Authorities said they regretted the shooting death but are glad the two-day ordeal is over.

"Right now, it's just a feeling of relief," Pugil said. "Another tragic time has come upon us, and we're just happy that it's over."
