Abducted. 27 yr. old white male took him to his home. Carver place or heights. He uses pharmaceutical drugs often and visit’s a drug store as well. Cindy saw them together.
Notes: A man possibly abducted this boy and is keeping him. This same man maybe using drugs of some kind due to possible mental challenges. A person named Cindy may have seen this same man and the boy together and she possibly has yet to understand that this boy is currently missing.

for any kind of clue to what could have happened to this little boy. I just
found an article in which the mother, Melissa Jenkins, was charged with felony
injury to her 8 month old child. Here is the article:

BOISE - A Boise mother has been arrested for allegedly seriously injuring her
infant child last year.
Boise Police says they were called to a local hospital in October on a
suspicious injury to a child call. Investigators determined that on the previous
day a child under the age of one at the time had been injured at a East Boise
home.
Authorities say the boy received what appeared to be serious head injuries
during the incident. The child was turned over to the custody of State Health
and Welfare.
After a detailed investigation, detectives forwarded the case to the Ada County
Prosecutor's office for review.
On Tuesday, Ada County deputies arrested the infant's mother, Melissa Jenkins,
29, for the felony injury to a child warrant.
Could the mother or mothers boyfriends possibly have something to do with his
disappearance?

The man keeping Robert is mentally unstable. People around this same man know of his unstable mind and may already suspect that he may have abducted Robert. Robert is in great danger. Robert now does not like being with this man, who may already have or will sexually assault Robert. This man often offers Robert drugs that are too dangerous for children to take. Robert will attempt to run away from this man, or he has already tried to already. This man is already agitated with Robert and will most likely murder him soon. Friends or co-workers of this man must visit him unannounced and very soon in order to possibly find Robert.

Hi brian, this is what i got on the robert manwill case, a yellow truck, windshield wiper running, a wooden fence, looked like pasture land but no visible animals, i got an older male with wavy or curly gray hair looked to be in 60's, i think still alive at the moment..........

Seems blood was found through out the apartment, walls and furniture and even in the stairwell...if this is true, the police should state so.

BOISE, Idaho (AP) - Ada County dispatchers say a body of a young male has been pulled from an Ada County canal.
A passerby called emergency workers to report that they had seen a body in the canal near Kuna about 1:30 p.m. Monday.
The Ada County coroner was working to identify the body. Boise police spokeswoman Lynn Hightower said a daily briefing on the search for missing 8-year-old Robert Manwill was canceled to give police time to determine if the body is connected to Manwill's case.

Why are all my missing person cases public?
The reason for making all my missing person cases public is simple...there is no possible way I can investigate these myself. I add at least one new case a day, 7 days a week with no vacations...this leaves little free time to do individual case work. Making everything public far outweighs working in secrecy...what you get is what I dreamt, nothing more or nothing less. When I post my dream drawing on a case, I usually post a translation too...this translation includes everything I know about the case, nothing is kept from you the reader. As with most people, I do not remember a majority of my dreams, and going back to specific dd's (dream drawings) does not usually bring back anything additional I have not already posted. I am not a psychic and can only work via dreaming or lucid dreaming, so with each request, I literally have to 'sleep on it'. I am not concerned about my dreams not being right, however I am concerned about letting those who can make a difference in solving a case, do so. I have been doing this for several years now, and will continue to do it in a way I know works. I have never charged to open a case, and have no plans on doing so in the future...all work, including work from those helping me is done 100% pro bono.
