Hi Brian,i was just wondering what did you think of the emails that i emailed you that i sent to the Mark Warner resort and the replies i got got back.

I cant believe what the man said about the listening service(half hourly checks)

Did the emails help with what you wanted to know as you asked for prove of the half hourly checks.

The reason why i ask is that i was looking at reports and the

Detectives in Madeleine case say they have enough proof to charge Kate and Gerry .

Gerry and Kate are now aware that the Portuguese detectives believe they have enough proof to charge them, they are planning to travel back to the UK to grill the couple and seven holiday pals.

Although there are many mixed views about what has really happened to Madeleine McCann, it seems that Gerry and Kate McCann could be charged.

The Sunday Mail has reported today that a police source said: “Most of the elements of proof have already been collected. We just want to reconfirm the statements made by the McCanns and their friends.

Brian something needs to be done, why is the British government letting a foreign country charge their British citizens when they have no evidence but when they do have evidence, plenty of evidence and witnesses against Murat but they are clearing him of his arguido status.

You also said in one of your dd’s but i cant remember what one, that the Mcanns get arrested.

Have you had anymore more dreams on this case ?

Your doing a great job on this case

reply

Hi Jennifer, yes they did...actually I scanned them to the site.  Still checking on some other issues, but it does seem like that was the only service offered at the time.

Also, it's possible that the UK Government are involved now, as well as the FBI...if they are, you will not find the media reporting it anytime soon.

I do not think I have any more dreams about this case, and as far as I know, nothing has changed.

Hi, Brian

Here is another report of a British tourist who came face-to-face with the same man asking for donations for an "orphanage" and then saw him on the PDL beach.

Although the woman said he was not Portuguese (then what? British? What kind of an accent did he have?), he seems to be a local, and so more people would have noticed

him, and may well know who he is, especially since he looks unusually "creepy". This description is in line with the British ex-pat's who saw a "vicious-'looking man" (with a woman) carrying a child to the marina early morning of May 4. These might be the "R.S." and "W.S." in your DDs? At this point the PIs should be able to find out his name!

The reports of Michaela W. having been declared an arguida so far have not been confirmed by the PJ as far as I know, and if they were, that would be bizarre in light of the latest

"blood in the car" and "ready to charge the parents" leaks from the PJ.

Best regards,

Natasha

Hi, thanks, still trying to find out what orphanage he was referring, I think we found 4 possibilities so far and are hoping to get them searched this week.

New lead on Madeleine

EXCLUSIVE

By Will Payne And Ryan Parry In Praia Da Luz 08/01/2008

Madeleine McCann

A second British tourist has reported seeing a mystery man hanging around Madeleine McCann's holiday flat just days before she vanished.

Gail Cooper, 50, said she was confronted by the "creepy" stranger at her holiday villa in Portugal.

He claimed he was collecting for an orphanage in the next village of Espiche.

She spotted him again two days later on Praia Da Luz beach. Gail, from Newark, Notts, said yesterday: "He was a horrible-looking man, really creepy, unkempt and dirty.

"He definitely wasn't Portuguese. He scared me."

Gail's sighting came after the Mirror revealed yesterday that tourist Paul Gordon also spotted a mystery stalker skulking around the holiday complex. Brewery executive Paul confronted the man and was told the same story about the orphanage.

Gail reported the man to police after she arrived home and read about Madeleine's disappearance.

They took a statement from her but Gail added: "I didn't hear anything back, but I'm so sure this man had something to do with Madeleine's disappearance."

Last night, the McCanns' spokesman Clarence Mitchell said both reports were being investigated.=

Dear Brian,

I saw that one of your readers mentioned Jean-Michel Nihoul (a well known Belgian pedophile) was released from jail on 4th May 2007.

Looking into him and his accomplices, I found that Michael Lelievre and Michele Martin – all accomplices of Jean-Michel Nihoul and Marc Dutroux – struck me for two reasons:

1.  Michael bears a striking resemblance to the picture that Jane Tanner drew of the abductor & Michele, a blonde middle aged woman bears a physical resemblance to reports of a blonde middle-aged woman seen taking pictures of young girls at the beach in  Sagres and also hanging about at the back of the McCann apartment.

2.   I read that whilst both of these people were involved in this pedophilic ring – NIETHER SERVED TIME!

This particular ring, also were well known for keeping their victims in basements / cellars for months on end whilst they abused them.

There is a site one can visit that is part of a documentary made about this particular ring which gives a lot more detail, but it is harrowing:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/english/static/audio_video/programmes/correspondent/transcripts/1944428.txt

On another point I have found a FASCINATING site concentrating solely on the dynamics of some of the biggest pedophilic rings in Europe:

http://www.droitfondamental.eu/07-ZandvoortBase.htm

This site is fascinating as many readers will find that quite a number of pedophiles already mentioned feature on it – there are many different sections and articles - I don’t have the time to look through it all – but if anyone does have – I would suggest it may yield quite a lot of information.

There are a lot of names on this website and something/someone may just stand out to someone!

Lastly, I would ask if you could very kindly include the images of Michael and Michele below, as I would be interested to see if anyone at, or around Praia da Luz at the time may remember seeing either of them.

Many thanks for all your hard work and commitment to helping to find Madeleine.

Hello, as always, yes...in fact if you do not want me to post something, just let me know.

Tara will be running an additional forum for this case, it will basically be information sharing platform only...no non-productive personal comments will be allow, nor will most of what's posted on other Madeleine related boards.  I will not be part of this forum, so any questions need to be directed to Tara and I will let everyone know when it's up.

Hi Brian

I notice that, Alex, one of your e-mailers mentioned 'crates'. The Murat's are/were running a leather business from their home address and delivering/shipping their goods in crates

(I wonder if they are white in colour). A couple of months ago it was possible to access their site, but I can't seem to do that now. The word 'crates' was used on their website.

This is some (little) data from that site, that I managed to get from another source.

By the way it was interesting to note, on your site, that 32 children went missing in Portugal last year. In one of your DD's you mentioned something about, was it, 39 missing children all taken via the same source - Police/Catholic church involved?

Best wishes to you and your family, Brian x

Pray that Madeleine is found safe and well soon x

I would also like to take this opportunity to send my love and best wishes to Gerry and Kate McCann and family, in particular the grandparents. You are ALL in my thoughts every day x

Hi Brian, I was wondering if it has ever been explained  why Robert Murat hired a car a short time after Madeleines disappearance when he had a perfectly good car of his own?
regards katie

reply

Well, I believe he said he needed it to help distribute Madeleine posters, and I think he had two cars registered in his name that he had access to at the time.

It was a welcome spring break, a chance to relax at a child-friendly resort in Portugal. Soon Bridget O'Donnell and her partner were making friends with another holidaying family while their three-year-old daughters played together. But then Madeleine McCann went missing and everyone was sucked into a nightmare

We lay by the members-only pool staring at the sky. Round and round, the helicopters clacked and roared. Their cameras pointed down at us, mocking the walled and gated enclave. Circles rippled out across the pool. It was the morning after Madeleine went.

Six days earlier we had landed at Faro airport. The coach was full of people like us, parents lugging multiple toddler/baby combinations. All of us had risen at dawn, rushed along motorways and hurtled across the sky in search of the modern solution to our exhaustion - the Mark Warner kiddie club. I travelled with my partner Jes, our three-year-old daughter, and our nine-month-old baby son. Praia da Luz was the nearest Mark Warner beach resort and this was the cheapest week of the year - a bargain bucket trip, for a brief lie-down.

Article continues

Excitedly, we were shown to our apartments. Ours was on the fourth floor, overlooking a family and toddler pool, opposite a restaurant and bar called the Tapas. I worried about the height of the balcony. Should we ask for one on the ground floor? Was I a paranoid parent? Should I make a fuss, or just enjoy the view?

We could see the beach and a big blue sky. We went outside to explore.

We settled in over the following days. There was a warm camaraderie among the parents, a shared happy weariness and deadpan banter. Our children made friends in the kiddie club and at the drop-off, we would joke about the fact that there were 10 blonde three-year-old girls in the group. They were bound to boss around the two boys.

The children went sailing and swimming, played tennis and learned a dance routine for the end-of-week show. Each morning, our daughter ran ahead of us to get to the kiddie club. She was having a wonderful time. Jes signed up for tennis lessons. I read a book. He made friends. I read another book.

The Mark Warner nannies brought the children to the Tapas restaurant to have tea at the end of each day. It was a friendly gathering. The parents would stand and chat by the pool. We talked about the children, about what we did at home. We were hopeful about a change in the weather. We eyed our children as they played. We didn't see anyone watching.

Some of the parents were in a larger group. Most of them worked for the NHS and had met many years before in Leicestershire. Now they lived in different parts of the UK, and this holiday was their opportunity to catch up, to introduce their children, to reunite. They booked a large table every night in the Tapas. We called them "the Doctors". Sometimes we would sit out on our balcony and their laughter would float up around us. One man was the joker. He had a loud Glaswegian accent. He was Gerry McCann. He played tennis with Jes.

One morning, I saw Gerry and his wife Kate on their balcony, chatting to their friends on the path below. Privately I was glad we didn't get their apartment. It was on a corner by the road and people could see in. They were exposed.

In the evenings, babysitting at the resort was a dilemma. "Sit-in" babysitters were available but were expensive and in demand, and Mark Warner blurb advised us to book well in advance. The other option was the babysitting service at the kiddie club, which was a 10-minute walk from the apartment. The children would watch a cartoon together and then be put to bed. You would then wake them, carry them back and put them to bed again in the apartment. After taking our children to dinner a couple of times, we decided on the Wednesday night to try the service at the club.

We had booked a table for two at Tapas and were placed next to the Doctors' regular table. One by one, they started to arrive. The men came first. Gerry McCann started chatting across to Jes about tennis. Gerry was outgoing, a wisecracker, but considerate and kind, and he invited us to join them. We discussed the children. He told us they were leaving theirs sleeping in the apartments. While they chatted on, I ruminated on the pros and cons of this. I admired them, in a way, for not being paranoid parents, but I decided that our apartment was too far off even to contemplate it. Our baby was too young and I would worry about them waking up.

My phone rang as our food arrived; our baby had woken up. I walked the round trip to collect him from the kiddie club, then back to the restaurant. He kept crying and eventually we left our meal unfinished and walked back again to the club to fetch our sleeping daughter. Jes carried her home in a blanket. The next night we stayed in. It was Thursday, May 3.

Earlier that day there had been tennis lessons for the children, with some of the parents watching proudly as their girls ran across the court chasing tennis balls. They took photos. Madeleine must have been there, but I couldn't distinguish her from the others. They all looked the same - all blonde, all pink and pretty.

Jes and Gerry were playing on the next court. Afterwards, we sat by the pool and Gerry and Kate talked enthusiastically to the tennis coach about the following day's tournament. We watched them idly - they had a lot of time for people, they listened. Then Gerry stood up and began showing Kate his new tennis stroke. She looked at him and smiled. "You wouldn't be interested if I talked about my tennis like that," Jes said to me. We watched them some more. Kate was calm, still, quietly beautiful; Gerry was confident, proud, silly, strong. She watched his boyish demonstration with great seriousness and patience. That was the last time I saw them that day. Jes saw Gerry that night.

Our baby would not sleep and at about 8.30pm, Jes took him out for a walk in the buggy to settle him. Gerry was on his way back from checking on his children and the two men stopped to have a chat. They talked about daughters, fathers, families. Gerry was relaxed and friendly. They discussed the babysitting dilemmas at the resort and Gerry said that he and Kate would have stayed in too, if they had not been on holiday in a group. Jes returned to our apartment just before 9.30pm. We ate, drank wine, watched a DVD and then went to bed. On the ground floor, a completely catastrophic event was taking place. On the fourth floor of the next block, we were completely oblivious.

At 1am there was a frantic banging on our door. Jes got up to answer. I stayed listening in the dark. I knew it was bad; it could only be bad. I heard male mumbling, then Jes's voice. "You're joking?" he said. It wasn't the words, it was the tone that made me flinch. He came back in to the room. "Gerry's daughter's been abducted," he said. "She ..." I jumped up and went to check our children. They were there. We sat down. We got up again. Weirdly, I did the washing-up. We wondered what to do. Jes had asked if they needed help searching and was told there was nothing he could do; she had been missing for three hours. Jes felt he should go anyway, but I wanted him to stay with us. I was a coward, afraid to be alone with the children - and afraid to be alone with my thoughts.

I once worked as a producer in the BBC crime unit. I directed many reconstructions and spent my second pregnancy producing new investigations for Crimewatch. Detectives would call me daily, detailing their cases, and some stories stay with me still, such as the ones about a girl being snatched from her bath, or her bike, or her garden and then held in the passenger seat, or stuffed in the boot. There was always a vehicle, and the first few hours were crucial to the outcome. Afterwards, they would be dumped naked in an alley, or at a petrol station with a £10 note to "get a cab back to Mummy". They would be found within an hour or two. Sometimes.

From the balcony we could see some figures scratching at the immense darkness with tiny torch lights. Police cars arrived and we thought that they would take control. We lay on the bed but we could not sleep.

The next morning, we made our way to breakfast and met one of the Doctors, the one who had come round in the night. His young daughter looked up at us from her pushchair. There was no news. They had called Sky television - they didn't know what else to do. He turned away and I could see he was going to weep.

People were crying in the restaurant. Mark Warner had handed out letters informing them what had happened in the night, and we all wondered what to do. Mid-sentence, we would drift in to the middle distance. Tears would brim up and recede.

Our daughter asked us about the kiddie club that day. She had been looking forward to their dance show that afternoon. Jes and I looked at each other. My first instinct was that we should not be parted from our children. Of course we shouldn't; we should strap them to us and not let them out of our sight, ever again. But then we thought: how are we going to explain this to our daughter? Or how, if we spent the day in the village, would we avoid repeatedly discussing what had happened in front of her as we met people on the streets? What does a good parent do? Keep the children close or take a deep breath and let them go a little, pretend this was the same as any other day?

We walked towards the kiddie club. No one else was there. We felt awful, such terrible parents for even considering the idea. Then we saw, waiting inside, some of the Mark Warner nannies. They had been up most of the night but had still turned up to work that day. They were intelligent, thoughtful young women and we liked and trusted them. The dance show was cancelled, but they wanted to put on a normal day for the children. Our daughter ran inside and started painting. Then, behind us, another set of parents arrived looking equally washed out. Then another, and another. We decided, in the end, to leave them for two hours. We put their bags on the pegs and saw the one labelled "Madeleine". Heads bent, we walked away, into the guilty glare of the morning sun.

Locals and holidaymakers had started circulating photocopied pictures of Madeleine, while others continued searching the beaches and village apartments. People were talking about what had happened or sat silently, staring blankly. We didn't see any police.

Later, there was a knock on our apartment door and we let the two men in. One was a uniformed Portuguese policeman, the other his translator. The translator had a squint and sweated slightly. He was breathless, perhaps a little excited. We later found out he was Robert Murat. He reminded me of a boy in my class at school who was bullied.

Through Murat we answered a few questions and gave our details, which the policeman wrote down on the back of a bit of paper. No notebook. Then he pointed to the photocopied picture of Madeleine on the table. "Is this your daughter?" he asked. "Er, no," we said. "That's the girl you are meant to be searching for." My heart sank for the McCanns.

As the day drew on, the media and more police arrived and we watched from our balcony as reporters practised their pieces to camera outside the McCanns' apartment. We then went back inside and watched them on the news.

We had to duck under the police tape with the pushchair to buy a pint of milk. We would roll past sniffer dogs, local police, then national police, local journalists, and then international journalists, TV reporters and satellite vans. A hundred pairs of eyes and a dozen cameras silently swivelled as we turned down the bend. We pretended, for the children's sake, that this was nothing unusual. Later on, our daughter saw herself with Daddy on TV. That afternoon we sat by the members-only pool, watching the helicopters watching us. We didn't know what else to do.

Saturday came, our last day. While we waited for the airport coach to pick us up, we gathered round the toddler pool by Tapas, making small talk in front of the children. I watched my baby son and daughter closely, shamefully grateful that I could.

We had not seen the McCanns since Thursday, when suddenly they appeared by the pool. The surreal limbo of the past two days suddenly snapped back into painful, awful realtime. It was a shock: the physical transformation of these two human beings was sickening - I felt it as a physical blow. Kate's back and shoulders, her hands, her mouth had reshaped themselves in to the angular manifestation of a silent scream. I thought I might cry and turned so that she wouldn't see. Gerry was upright, his lips now drawn into a thin, impenetrable line. Some people, including Jes, tried to offer comfort. Some gave them hugs. Some stared at their feet, words eluding them. We all wondered what to do. That was the last time we saw Gerry and Kate.

The rest of us left Praia da Luz together, an isolated Mark Warner group. The coach, the airport, the plane passed quietly. There were no other passengers except us. We arrived at Gatwick in the small hours of an early May morning. No jokes, no banter, just goodbye. Though we did not know it then, those few days in May were going to dominate the rest of our year.

"Did you have a good trip?" asked the cabbie at Gatwick, instantly underlining the conversational dilemma that would occupy the first few weeks: Do we say "Yes, thanks" and move swiftly on? Or divulge the "yes-but-no-but" truth of our "Maddy" experience? Everybody talks about holidays, they make good conversational currency at work, at the hairdresser's, in the playground. Everybody asked about ours. I would pause and take a breath, deciding whether there was enough time for what was to follow. People were genuinely horrified by what had happened to Madeleine and even by what we had been through (though we thought ourselves fortunate). Their humanity was a balm and a comfort to us; we needed to talk about it, chew it over and share it out, to make it a little easier to swallow.

The British police came round shortly after our return. Jes was pleased to give them a statement. The Portuguese police had never asked.

As the summer months rolled by, we thought the story would slowly and sadly ebb away, but instead it flourished and multiplied, and it became almost impossible to talk about any-thing else. Friends came for dinner and we would actively try to steer the conversation on to a different subject, always to return to Madeleine. Others solicited our thoughts by text message after any major twist or turn in the case. Acquaintances discussed us in the context of Madeleine, calling in the middle of their debates to clarify details.

I found some immunity in a strange, guilty happiness. We had returned unscathed to our humdrum family routine, my life was wonderful, my world was safe, I was lucky, I was blessed. The colours in the park were acute and hyper-real and the sun warmed my face.

At the end of June, the first cloud appeared. A Portuguese journalist called Jes's mobile (he had left his number with the Portuguese police). The journalist, who was writing for a magazine called Sol, called Jes incessantly. We both work in television and cannot claim to be green about the media, but this was a new experience. Jes learned this the hard way. Torn between politeness and wanting to get the journalist off the line without actually saying anything, he had to put the phone down, but he had already said too much. Her article pitched the recollections of "Jeremy Wilkins, television producer" against those of the "Tapas Nine", the group of friends, including the McCanns, whom we had nicknamed the Doctors. The piece was published at the end of June. Throughout July, Sol's testimony meant Jes became incorporated into all the Madeleine chronologies. More clouds began to gather - this time above our house.

In August, the doorbell rang. The man was from the Daily Mail. He asked if Jes was in (he wasn't). After he left I spent an anxious evening analysing what I had said, weighing up the possible consequences. The Sol article had brought the Daily Mail; what would happen next? Two days later, the Mail came for Jes again. This time they had computer printout pictures of a bald, heavy-set man seen lurking in some Praia da Luz holiday snaps. The chatroom implication was that the man was Madeleine's abductor. There was talk on the web, the reporter insinuated, that this man might be Jes. I laughed at the ridiculousness of it all and then realised he was serious. I looked at the pictures, and it wasn't Jes.

Once, Jes's father looked him up on the internet and found that "Jeremy Wilkins, television producer" was referenced on Google more than 70,000 times. There was talk that he was a "lookout" for Gerry and Kate; there was talk that Jes was orchestrating a reality-TV hoax and Madeleine's disappearance was part of the con; there was talk that the Tapas Nine were all swingers. There was a lot of talk.

In early September, Kate and Gerry became official suspects. Their warm tide of support turned decidedly cool. Had they cruelly conned us all? The public needed to know, and who had seen Gerry at around 9pm on the fateful night? Jes.

Tonight with Trevor McDonald, GMTV, the Sun, the News of the World, the Sunday Mirror, the Daily Express, the Evening Standard and the Independent on Sunday began calling. Jes's office stopped putting through calls from people asking to speak to "Jeremy" (only his grandmother calls him that). Some emails told him that he would be "better off" if he spoke to them or he would "regret it" if he didn't, implying that it was in his interest to defend himself - they didn't say what from.

Quietly, we began to worry that Jes might be next in line for some imagined blame or accusation. On a Saturday night in September, he received a call: we were on the front page of the News of the World. They had surreptitiously taken photographs of us, outside the house. There were no more details. We went to bed, but we could not sleep. "Maddie: the secret witness," said the headline, "TV boss holds vital clue to the mystery." Unfortunately, Jes does not hold any such vital clues. In November, he inched through the events of that May night with Leicestershire detectives, but he saw nothing suspicious, nothing that would further the investigation.

Throughout all this, I have always believed that Gerry and Kate McCann are innocent. When they were made suspects, when they were booed at, when one woman told me she was "glad" they had "done it" because it meant that her child was safe, I began to write this article - because I was there, and I believe that woman is wrong. There were no drug-fuelled "swingers" on our holiday; instead, there was a bunch of ordinary parents wearing Berghaus and worrying about sleep patterns. Secure in our banality, none of us imagined we were being watched. One group made a disastrous decision; Madeleine was vulnerable and was chosen. But in the face of such desperate audacity, it could have been any one of us.

And when I stroke my daughter's hair, or feel her butterfly lips on my cheek, I do so in the knowledge of what might have been. But our experience is nothing, an irrelevance, next to the McCanns' unimaginable grief. Their lives will always be touched by this darkness, while the true culprit may never be brought to light.

So my heart goes out to them, Gerry and Kate, the couple we remember from our Portuguese holiday. They had a beautiful daughter, Madeleine, who played and danced with ours at the kiddie club. That's who we remember.

Help Find Maddie McCann

Another week, another tragedy. Since then the Portuguese police have been searching for her, a witness has come forward to say on the night in question he saw what looked like a bald man and a woman walking briskly with a blonde young girl in their arms, heading for the coast. If this was Maddie, she may not even be in Portugal anymore.

I wanted to point out many similarities that we are finding in investigating the people that claimed to have seem someone outside the McCann's apartment...they all seem to have reported what they saw right away, and the PJ never followed out on the statement they received.  These people were informed of the secrecy laws by the PJ, and told not to discuss an ongoing case.  The articles that have been recently coming out in the press are about these same people.  That alone to be would justify an external audit of the PJ...will post details when I have it.

Mystery Man Questioned in Madeleine McCann's Case

Investigators refused say how or why the man had been recognized in photos taken on different occasions near theMcCanns.

A mystery man who appeared in a photo of Madeleine McCann playing with her father and twin siblings has been questioned by police, MSNBC reports.

The same bald man was also seen walking behind former suspect Robert Murat, according to a report in The Sunday Tasmanian.

Portugese police confirmed the man had been identified and interviewed, and said they would continuing to formally interview anyone who had anything to do with the McCanns during their time in Portugal

Thanks, I believe this was reported back in September.

Dear Brian,

Be warned, this is my longest email yet!

I get the  feeling a long time ago that powers way above our heads control this situation!

Brian, what is great about your dreams is that they are wholly practical - if only we could get the support from the RIGHT PEOPLE.  The aguido law makes things quite difficult if impossible.   It also seems that  those PEOPLE, who  witnessed something ,filed statements which were conveniently logged yet not followed up on!   Hiding a child is easy.  hiding the evidence of whintess accounts is typically not easy.  in this case though - hey got buried.

Given the fact that MM appears to have disappeared into thin air , and that any cctv footage and forensic of the room has been strangely  'damaged' .....I would say that we are dealing with a cover up.   What! surely not!

Madelaine Mccann is well concealed, by 'experts' and it seems she'll come back to her parents, as and when, 'they' are ready to return her!ie after the 'deal' is done - whatever that is.

Meanwhile, I am not sure we can do to help now that so much time has passed since your early dreams... except to continue to fight Kates corner ...

reply

Hi, will post this...in my opinion we maybe making too much of the conspiracy theory aspect...this could be a simple case of professional child abduction...but anything's possible.

Also, I have brought this up before, but wanted to mention it again, as I think about it all the time in the work I do.

I lost my son Samuel (age 3 at the time) for about 2 minutes at a indoor mall playground...I turned my head for just a few seconds, but it was enough for me to lose track of him amongst the other playing children.  Turns out, he was just hiding...but for those two minutes my heart seemed to sink into my stomach...it's the worst feeling I can remember...and I'm sure many reading this have had a similar event happen to them at least once.

Image having to feel this pain for over nine months?  Does it get better in time?  I don't know...but

those of you reading this that think the parents are the reason for her disappearance, all I can ask you is...are you sure?

If not, then maybe you should reconsider sending me non-productive hate mail.

Brian

1. RE: THE ABDUCTION - MY OBSERVATIONS

Kate is reported to have said "they have taken her"  Who are "they" and who is "her"  One of the twins is also a girl,  so wouldn't one want to distinguish  between her (the twin) and her (Madeleine).

My commentary: I have experienced first hand  my own 'missing child scare' when my son a few years ago went missing on holiday (aged 2.5  - turns out he'd decided to take a walk to follow his dad to the beach).  Naturally at  the time I had a major panic; I screamed  "Jack is missing!", "where is Jack".  It was a horrible moment.-  a search party was formed from adult friends.  I first went to check the swimming pool , we ran around calling his name and searched places of 'danger'.    Bear in mind it was a completely different scenario - day time and I had seen him 20 minutes early playing in garden  but I even so, I did not ever presume he'd been abducted.   Whatever Kate Mccanns reason for saying the above (and who knows if true), Kate has mothers instincts like all mothers,  plus who knows what she found - there could well have been other signs in room that made it apparent it WAS an abduction.  We don't know and should not rest too long on this idea of jurors scrutiny.  I just want to point that the words chosen were a little curious.  i.e possibly points towards the fact they were already aware of a threat...and were expecting it might occur -  and worth some thought anyway.

2 RE: BALD MAN

Well done whoever managed to dig up those bits of news about who he might be.  Man walking around with murat could be a security man (body builder) but only if he's a different person from the  bald man in the mccann playing kids picture.   I still think they are one and same bald man.  If this is so, bald man in mccann playing photo has a hand bag.  2 things to say on this, most english men do not sport hand bags (they think its a bit girly) however travelers and spanish latino countries have less issues with 'man bags'.  Not sure if man bags are fashion in san diego..  sillly to mention this but real point is to say, if he was security, why did he have a handbag, jumper around waist (i.e. was cold early that morning but now not cold) and was wearing civilian clothing, looking very much like he was 'on holiday'.  So not sure about security man theory.....

3. RE: MASONIC FUEDS  SOME INSIGHT (related to possible abduction motivation theory)

Reading up about the illuminati and freemasons, was a bit of a wake up call for me.   I was blissfully unaware and naive until MM went missing.  If you want to have a quick overview -  then our friend matthew james has on his site a section about freemasonary and new world order etc.   plus some pretty interesting (perhaps rubbish) youtube films on masonic symbols, meanings etc as well as a  WHO's WHO, OF WHO OF freemasonry.    There is also a lot of dan brownesque conspiracy rubbish out there on web - so be warned.  I  am really not sure what to believe except a little note to say that rather curious coincidence to report to you is that i noticed many official masonic sites seem to have a "find madelaine" link on their page.   Not sure i've noticed the same attention to such affairs on my jewish commnity websites.  Perheaps the masons feel some level of extra compassion for the masons, sorry, i meant to type mccanns... !

I report the following with a big cautionary note that I am really novice to this subject.

4 RE: MASONS -THE CONSPIRACY angle

On the grandiose conspiracy theory side, some say the whole world is controlled by the masons!    The pentagon apparently forms the image of an owl from sky view.

In todays world there are apparently masonic logos we've all grown up with without realising it.    In particularl - oil companies!!    Some connections I found a little far fetched, others seemed pretty clear and conclusive such as this one for warner (not mark warner but time warner - no relation surely).   It did leave me thinking for a few nano seconds whether time warner had something to do with 'gone baby gone' film ,  but my senses decided this was probably going too far!  Irrespective, GUYS, i am sure that the warner symbol or rather logo is without doubt a masonic symbol.  It is one of the main symbols. "the all seeing eye".   Here are a few other examples in their incarnations - taken from the web.  in essence, its an eye with a 'bleeding' or perhaps a rather long curly eye lash!

5. RE: MASONS - the CONSERVATIVE angle....

Now I refer to the more conservative side: The very least one can say about masons is it is a secret society and that this idea, in itself is a flawed concept.  Apparently not long ago UK government did attempt to pass a law to force a members list to become public knowledge, but that idea got beaten down.........................  So today, masons are asking for flack because they have insisted on withholding their members identities.

It seems common knowledge that  masons do look out for each other,.... they have to .. "by oath" .  This as many have pointed out is crazy, in our day and age.  How can one have a fair justice system, when a secretive  nepotistic club is going on around us, invisible to the untrained eye....        Note:  Just to remind fellow brits of a little history; the templars in UK were formed in london at "TEMPLE" holborn.   WHAT IS TEMPLE...still today the HEART and seat of the legal system in UK.   So lets face it felllow brits,  templar and temple equal the same thing (historically). In short, masonic legacies are present which ever way we look and are deeply intertwined within our european history.

6. RE: MASONIC INSIGHT   with an expert view..

I want to relay a conversation I had with a web journalist who seemed to have connected MM case to Masons and Casa Pia.  As I have been thinking this for a while, I naturally wanted to know why he'd also drawn this conclusion.   Actually it turns out he didn't really have much basis - except he had read that daily mail article we've all now read, but given his understanding of masons,  I was able to pick his brains . :

I told him that i had read that behind the  scenes of the Casa Pia trial, and coupled with the recent change in the penal code (to suit the trial), there were supposedly feudal battles going on between lodges and amongst portugese politicians.   He said  as follows:   This is quite possible!   Feudal battles are a very real problem within freemasonary today.   Most masons are good honest people, but a small percentage of them are dark and corrupt; each lodge is run differently and there are some power crazy people within.  Given that members details are kept secret it lends itself by proxy to organised crime.   Some of these more influential lodges have been taken over by bad people in an attempt to control the world and world politics.     Their tactics are very simple.  They try to bring down the head of a lodge by implicating him in some crime and once he has 'stepped down' or been ' removed' they replace him with their chosen man.   This is apparently happening all over.    He coined this the "masonic war on Terror"!!! which I found a rather shocking statement.    Another thing he said is not to be too harsh on the pope and the Vatican and CC church - main stream Catholicism that is.   He said  a lot of people such a Tony Blair try to encircle the pope and Vatican because it gives them an element of protection against these bandits within freemasonary.    He said not to get too bogged down with the different fractions - i.e. knights templar, scottish rite, malta, etc etc.  More important to undersatnd the situation described above.   So I speculate, did the mccanns also feel scared by this situation because they had a very good idea who "they" were, and in turn encircled the pope and vatican very publically,  in the hope that this would give them some element of protection and support.

7.. RE: MASONIC SIGNS and ALERTS

Of course we've all heard rumours of masonic handshake and so on.   Someone pointed out that not only is there a masonic pyramid next to mark warner hotel, but that the eagle atop is looking directly towards the mccanns apartment!!! in an occult sort of way... this last bit is heresay and so I suspect is not true.  IIrrespective, the presence of such a pyramid bang next door,  does indicate that there are some masonic lovers down in P de Luz!

Brian, you have dreamt of triangles or pyramids which is how we got onto this in the first place.  DD6013.

The other interesting thing about the pyaramid near MWarner... as some might remember re DD013... mccanns seemed to hold a press conference with the pyramid in the background shot.  If you were a  mason (gerry) and wanted to let your international  brothers to know you needed help - this would be a good way to do it via your masonic brother - i.e. the murdoch media empire.

To put another way..In the history of missing children, has anyone ever seen such a publicity campaign as this (see lazer image projected onto the arch below).   Sky is owned by RM (rupert murdoch) so are most of our newspapers, and given murdoch is a masonic papal knight, it was clever to get in touch with sky news first.  Being british,  personally i would have called the BBC!

8. RE: IS GERRY A FREEMASON...

This is not normal guys, come on be real.  The fact politicians, spin doctor and church have become involved suggests it is 'serious' stuff, THE fact gerry has met with gordon brown, george bush and the pope seems kind of amazing.  Children go missing EVERY DAY!   This case seems to have reached well and beyond ....So is Gerry a freemason.  I wish he could be open about this and clear things up.    At least people like me would stop this silly masonic speculation as an explanation to his connections...

In short, if Gerry's masonic masonic links were confirmed  then we'd be able to put down the amazing support they've received to his good and HONEST mASONIC connectedness.   I still don't quite understand why Gerry went to the Whitehouse to meet bush but anyway....

9, RE: VILLAGE WHERE MCCANNS LIVE: ROTHLEY

You may have all picked up on the fact the the tapas 9 recently met up at the historical hotel called Rothley Court Hotel.   Westfield Lane, Rothley, Leics

The Templars erected buildings known as preceptories on some of their estates and in 1231 one was built in Rothley when King Henry lll granted them the Manor and Soke of Rothley in that year. We still have a portion of their domestic buildings and Chapel as part of the Rothley Court Hotel in Westfield Lane. Henry lll thought highly of the Order of Templars and entrusted his body to them on his death although he was buried in Westminster Abbey.    (i've cut out the bulk of this article because its not that important at this stage)   If you want to learn more check the web link.

One thing to add though - some deny that the lodge is still functioning.  A blogger managed to dig up this photograph to prove otherwise.   can't see gerry but village in england  means 'small' town,  -  a few hundred or so i.e.we are talking about a small community of people in the village of rothley.

Now for some random posting - simply to show others thinking the same as I am.

The Tapas 9 meeting....?

Clarence Mitchell has denied that the Tapas group got together to coordinate their versions of events and insisted that it was just "..a get together of friends who find themselves at the centre of a story." So that is what Madeleines disappearance is to them, " a story". I think that those are the truest words he has ever spoken. Poor Madeleine, just a story.
Incidently the meeting was held in the Rothley Court Hotel, built in the 11th Century by The Holy Order of KnightsTemplars.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/uklatest/story...

My question is this, Don't you find Clarences description of Madeleines disappearance as just a story disturbing? and do you think Gerry is a mason or a Knights Templar.

" I lived in the village of Rothley (the mccanns home village) most of my life and I (know for sure) that there is a (hidden) Knights Templar(freemasons) Lodge in the said Village"

btw, about ten years ago, there was a news story that the holy grail had been found in Leicester.

Maybe people are just putting two and two together.

10. RE: CONSPIRACY AND OTHER WILD IDEAS - IS MADELAINE SOMEHOW SPECIAL

Okay, this is a bit Crazy - but i may as well include it.   exibit 1. I found this picture randomly on web.  The "all seeing masonic eye".  Note the angle of the masons compass is the same angle as Madeleine's eye defect.

Some nutter out there might believe she is could be the remaining decedent of mary Magdelaine (a la dan brown theory -i.e.weren't the knights according to him supposed to protect the bloodline of magdelaine)!   OR conspiracy no 2 - that her eye defect is a birthsign to the 'brothers ' that she is special and worth something - certainly good leverage power for a behind scenes political negotiation between a couple of fueding lodges - baddie lodge take her, win some battle and goodie loge get her back !  On this track I found via google a curious posting from someone who had picked up on eye defect.   I attach in its original form with no comment.

Great article. One part of the story I found that is weird is that Madeleine has an RARE IRIS DEFECT
A notable identification feature is her right eye that has a type of coloboma, a complete split in the iris (a black radial strip reaching from the pupil out to the edge of the white) at "7 o'clock" position (i.e. about 30° clockwise from the bottom).

Maybe the Illuminati kidnapped her because of this rare genetic IRIS she has?

You've got me really thinking. This whole Madeleine affair, uh it's a bit bewildering and possibly disturbing. I had a friend in High School with the iris defect, this too has me wondering, because he joined the you know who, by going into corporate law. Anyhoot nice article.p.s. thanks for the shout out about Realm of Connections. Peace,Joshua

“I do believe I've solved it! Madeleine is the last descendent of Jesus and Mary Magdalene, and she's been taken by the Grand Master of the Priory of Sion. I'd be looking in Scotland at Rosslyn Chapel if I were the McCanns, that's where she'll be, mark my words..

And now just to give some balance - here is a person who thinks this IS all rubbish!

There’s a few articles floating around the Internet that Madeleine McCann (or Magdalene as the Knights Templar theorists prefer to call her) is the line of Jesus and connected with the Knights Templar. (I believe they are supposed to have become Freemasons later)

There’s a small problem with that theory … I’m far from an expert on this, but if my studies are correct then it’s impossible for the Knights Templar to have been involved with ‘smuggling Mary Magdalene to France.’

Jesus was crucified c. 29CE, but the Knights Templar didn’t come into play until 1119 AD:

After the First Crusade (began 1096), resulted in the capture ofJerusalem (1099), many Europeans headed for the area to visit what they called the Holy Places. Although the city was under relative control by the Crusaders, the rest of the Outremer wasn’t, resulting in the Pilgrims being slaughtered.

c. 1119, French knight Hugues de Paynes and his relative Godfrey de Saint-Omer, veterans of the First Crusade, proposed the creation of the Monastic Order for protection of pilgrims. King Baldwin II of Jerusalemagreed and gave headquarters in Jerusalem on the Temple Mount in the captured Al Aqsa Mosque (believed to house the ruins of Temple ofSolomon.) The Crusaders therefore were referred to as ‘Poor Knights of Christ and the Temple of Solomon’ or ‘Templar Knights.’

There are too many years between Christ's crucifixion (resulting in Mary’s apparent leave for France) to the formation of the Knights Templar. This isn’t to say that she didn’t head for France (haven't studied that part yet), just that the Templars had nothing to do with her or her travels.

If anyone has any other information on this then please feel free to leave a comment.

11. CONCLUSION ... RESOLVE...

What i'd really like is for a mason or someone with  inside track to challenge what i've speculated so far and post a counter argument to brians site...!

12. RE: CASA PIA & MASONIC CONNECTIONS

A girl called Joana Cipriano goes missing a few miles from where MM was taken, (few years ago).  The policeman in charge of this case, deduced that the mother had murdered her daughter and was promptly locked her up for 20 years.   Joanas body was never found .Amaral - the same policeman headed the MM case- that is until till he was removed and tried to implicate Kate in the same way.......

=

Policia Judicaria Goncalo Amaral (left) and Guilhermino Encarnacao (right)).  He was replaced by big chief from Lisbon - Paulo  Rebello - who has been  in  charge of Casa PIa trial and terrorism amongst other things.

Meanwhile, I asked Brian whether he'd try to do an RV for Joana .   He did and once completed the story was pretty clear and shocking - Brians DD's heavily suggested a link to Casa Pia and one of its orphanages College maria de Pia, also a link to Moscow. The same orphanage where some of the casa pia victims say they were abused.  (The same orphanage that has been coined the 'a child supermarket'. )

Prior to this joana case,  an RV was requested for portugese boy  Rui Pedro  -  results also linked to casa pia and possibly masonic  connections as well as a police and video 'ring' inn lisbon.      This time the place was identified as the Casa Pia headquarters monastery - "Jeronimos" (see earlier posting around page 20 or 21) were identified as the same in dd for rui.

Logic says that if Casa Pia abuse has been traced back as far as the 1970's that any young police officer would not have a hope of in hell in standing up to a corrupt organisation such as this.  Their bosses would have warned them to 'turn a blind eye'.  Now to tie in the masonic link further -  Casa pia seems to have several logos - here are a few.  The last two if you don't already know are masonic (chequer board and Triangle).  The same triangle we saw on the police car - okay maybe not connected but I put it here in case.

s lucas casa pias

casa pia football club logo

emblem matching joana cipriano DD

Finally on casa pia, if you look at the google earth picture of the Maria Pia college you'll see it isn't just some school (see joana file).  This place is a formidable building - as grand as places such as the pentagon or  the vatican.  Two open air inner courtyards, (one which looks like a chequer board) - probably a chapel, and other buildings.  A formal  garden with trees planted, matching again the main emblem for casa pia.    In brians dream - relating to joana - he said "church school - maria " and drew with great accuracy the emblem .  Wouldn't a fortress such as a monestary or a school like this be the perfect place to hide children.   I am sure the police know about this but their hands are tied.   If those people within portugal who have been brave enough to speak out have recieved anonymous threats, regarding casa pia trial then  I doubt its a policeman's would risk their careers to be the ones to expose  further.  Show me a country who welcomes a scandal such as this.

13 RE: SHRIMPTON

Mr Shrimptons document.  We all agree it  was compellingly complex, and it made links to russians, melinka , boats and murat so at times seemed plausable.  Although Shrimpton very much exists, not sure we can trust he's impartial account in the matter - i.e check out the attached-  he is seen and repesented under logo of  the white headed MASONIC Eagle!! .....Surely if one is   a good intelligence informer or spy...., one does not let documents of such nature, accidently leak onto net....I say its a good 'fraud' as in a 'double double' or real but 'tweaked to create the required masonic 'smoke screen'... who knows.....about this one but i smell some kind of rat.

13. THE GOOD NEWS - if such a thing....

I do not believe MM was taken by a P-ring per se.  However, those who are expert in selling and trafficking children were the 'helpers' at hand here in this LOCation....police 'tied up' - perfect place for abduction....  I also strongly speculate that a good place to hide MM would be within the walls of the government run Casa Pia headquarters

Finally, given that your last RV (brian ) showed image of mm next to a man wearing a crucifix  around neck I can only but assume there is some connection to the church. Given that so many of your dreams also indicate church involvement, I suppose that casa pia within has masonic members and within that, truly know where she is and that she is SAFE.  I am more outraged that we are all making so much effort to solve this whilst people above the law sit and laugh will mild amusement.  Best wishes, CL

Exonerate the Knights Templar

November 28, 2007 ·

The Templar Globe doesn’t usually associate with petitions, but we just received this appeal from our friend Brian Kannard and decided to let him speak to you directly.

I have posted the following on Grail Seekers. Ever since I returned from Paris, I felt that I had to do something to help right the wrongs of the past. I have no idea if this little petition will do anything in that regard, however I had to do something. I ask that you take the time to read the following position statement and sign the petition that is linked. I really do believe the time is right to do this sort of thing.

Thanks for all your support,

Brian Kannard

There is no doubt that the media spotlight has shown brightly on the Knights Templars over the last couple of months. With the release of the Trail of the Templars by the Vatican press, and the 700th anniversary of the Order’s arrests the plight of the Templars has never been more publicly recognized. The media has even focused on Templar activists, such as the Acheson Twins who have called on the Vatican to officially apologize for their misdeeds.I personally think it is high time that the voice of the people be heard on this matter. Given the position taken by Pope Clement V in the Chinon Parchment, I believe the Knights Templar should be exonerated from any charges that were leveled against them 700 years ago.

There are many of you that feel the same way that I do on this matter. That is why I have set up an online petition for the Exoneration of the Knights Templar on the petition web site. It is my intention to let the Vatican know that there those out there that do believe the actions of the Church were motivated by political and malicious reasons. It is my intention to send the signatories of this petition to the Vatican on 18 March 08, the day that Jacque DeMolay was burned at the stake.

I have no idea if this will sway the opinion of the Holy See in this matter, or if it will even be accepted by the public. However, the time has come and the mistakes of the past should be corrected.

I ask that you take the time to sign the Exonerate the Knights Templar petition and let your voice be heard.

Vatican, Templars and Hospitallers

November 21, 2007

I have recently accessed the article entitled Vatican Supports Maltese Author [our own reference here: Vatican proves Maltese author correct], which I found sufficiently intriguing to Google the book mentioned, namely Of Craft And Honour And A Templar’s Chronicles, by George Gregory Buttigieg. The book’s website (www.ofcraftandhonour.com/) turned up among other information. Accessing this site, I reconfirmed that the author had written the book (though not published it) well before The Da Vinci Code’s appearance as well as before Barbara Frale’s public revelations of the Chinon Parchment.

I ordered the book from amazon.com and I admit to being badly hooked enough to finish it in three days. I enjoyed it thoroughly and I was quite impressed that Dr Buttigieg’s Templars truly conform to the picture we now have emerging from the Chinon document.I can now appreciate Malcolm Barber’s comments about the difference between Dr Buttigieg’s Templars and Dan Brown’s Templars. I found this description so eerily accurate, that I started wondering if the author could have had “private” knowledge of the Chinon Parchment before it was revealed to public scrutiny.

And then small bits of the puzzle started floating in my mind. We are told that Dr Buttigieg is a Hospitaller Knight of rank, decorated with the Commander’s Cross, as well as also being a diplomat for his country to the Order’s Rome headquarters and the Vatican. Could it be that the author’s uncannily correct description of his Templars is based on information he was privy to as a knight or as a diplomat? Could he have been told about the Chinon document by Dr Frale or someone else whom he encountered in the “corridors of power”? More fascinatingly still, could he have had some access to other, still private documents, which, like the Chinon Parchment, have not been made public yet?

Another possible line of thinking took me down another alleyway. Could Of Craft And Honour And A Templar’s Chronicles and the release of the Chinon document be part of the establishment’s timely reaction to the modern heresies threatening the Catholic Church in the wake of books like The Holy Blood and the Holy Grail and The Da Vinci Code?

Dr Buttigieg has strongly denied any secret agenda but he does come down strongly against the “new” heresies about Jesus’s bloodline continuing through the Magdalene. In fact, his creation - Henry Tonna Black - a third degree freemason, states that such nonsense demeans the “templarism” within the folds of the “Craft”. Incidentally and interesting enough, Dr Buttigieg coins a new related term “speculative neo-templarism” but that is another matter.

Although never a great believer of conspiracy theories, I admit to toying seriously with the above. The alternative - accepting Dr Buttigieg’s predictions - may be rather scary. Besides, correctly portraying the Templars’ individual human weaknesses versus collective heresy, he also predicts the assassination of the President of Pakistan and the Russian Bear’s new aggressive awakening. Hopefully, time will not fulfil these predictions!

Thank you, information posted...Brian1.10.2008
Hi Brian, How are you?
Firstable, sorry for my english, I speak Spanish.I always read your site and I think is amazing, I always read about Madeleine case, and I have a doubt, somebody mention that you want information about orphanages, and I ask you why?.. The other day I was reading other site, very interesting, “masalladeeloobvio” (www) and I`m sure you will find an interesting information about something related with orphanages and the Murat`s family. He has a very closer family who work with him (something related with houses) and they work too, for an orphanages. their names are sally and Ralph. The article is this.

http://video.news.sky.com/skynews/video/?&videoSourceID=1265703
http://www.worldvacationrentals.net/detailed/1245.html

http://www.holidaylettings.co.uk/rentals/lagos/2969#contact_form

http://www.sawdays.co.uk/search/display.php?FileID=po1132

http://www.ownersdirect.co.uk/portugal/P1447.htm#contact

 MUCHOS CAMINOS CONDUCEN A EXETER:
I hope this information will be useful for you,
